Booking system is difficult to use on mobile and required multiple input of data before and after registration of account. Frustrating.

Terrible service. I had a return trip on route 706x yesterday. On the journey to my destination, the bus was nearly 30 minutes late getting to the stop!!! On the way back it was even worse: Half way through the journey, the driver informs me that exit 11 might be blocked due to contruction and so he wouldn't be able to get to my stop in that case. I explained that I would not be able to get home from the other stop, but when we got to the exit and it was blocked, he was utterly unwilling to make the slightest adjustments or accommodate me. I was shocked. To be clear, aircoach has 2 stops in my town - one in a relatively safe area, close to town and another, in a dodgy area, a wopping 50 minute or so walk from town. So I made sure I picked the first stop, for both directions. Had I known I wouldn't be dropped at my chosen stop, I wouldn't have booked the trip with aircoach at all! It was VERY LATE AT NIGHT, was a solo female passanger and I was scared to walk home from the second stop, which I did NOT book. I explained all this to the driver, but he didn't care one bit!!! I also offered to use Google maps to find an alternative route to get closer to town or the stop where he was supposed to drop me off, like a normal person in the 21st century. He just ignored this! That only thing that saved me was that when we got to the dodgy stop, where the driver tried to make me get off, an aircoach employee happened to be there and told the driver he actually had to get to the stop where he was supposed to drop me off originally because there were people waiting to be picked up there. All he had to do is take exit 10 instead of 11!!! It was a very simple route and only took an extra few minutes!!! It's hard for me to believe an experienced bus driver would not be aware of the possibility of taking an alternative exist when the usual one is closed as road construction is not a rare occurance. And I had to stress and waste my breath arguing with him over this for 20 minutes when all it took is 2 seconds for an aircoach employee to tell him this is what you should have done. Disgraceful. I would be hesitant to take aircoach again after this experience.

Lack of service on route 803 is the reason for this rating

The toilet wasn't so clean and it was really hot on the bus, even with the windows open. Besides that, the journey is comfortable.

I have used Aircoach at 1AM from Cork to Dublin airport today. It was FREEZING in the bus! Absolutely horrible, everyone was frozen. 3 hours in there, I’m sure it was not even 10 degrees Celsius. The lights are also extra bright so let me tell you that I couldn’t sleep at all. Please do not turn on the A/C when it’s 15 degrees outside! And switch off these horrible lights at night so people can sleep.

I booked the 700 aircoach travelling Friday 30th July at St Stephen's Green (Shelbourne Hotel). When the bus did not show up at the time specified I checked their website and it said it was AT LEAST 15 minutes late!! It turned up 10 minutes late but I was on the point of hailing a Taxi. HOW CAN IT BE LATE WHEN THERE IS *NO* TRAFFIC!! The bus driver offered absolutely no apology or explanation. Then he dropped us at TERMINAL 2 claiming they cannot turn in Terminal 1. So we all had to walk 500 meters in the rain. Now I am wondering is that bus going to be at Terminal 1 when I come back to Dublin - their website says so but I have lost all confidence. Absolutely terrible service!!

I had a terrible ride from Dublin City center to Belfast, on the 30.07.2021 at 6.30 pm bus ride. The driver that started his shift from the airport instantly blasted the air-condition, even when it was raining outside and he informed us not to bother him about it. Everyone in the bus was freezing. On top of it he was listening to trance music all the way to Belfast so loud that none of us could rest or read a book. Worst bus experience!

Trip to Dublin was perfect but on the way from Dublin to Cork there was no announcement about wearing masks and everyone was sitting on top of each other. I was traveling with my elderly mother and she felt very uncomfortable. Also there were no open windows. Overall I think it would have been very easy to make the journey a lot more comfortable just by letting people know you still need to wear a mask in Ireland and also not to sit in the seats with stickers, in fairness they may not have the same rules so a short announcement would have done the trick!

The service was good but half of the passengers didn't wear a mask even though they are mandatory. I booked the air coach because the website said masks must be worn but a hen party got on at Dublin airport & there were no masks & lots of alcohol & it made for a terrible & stressful trip for me. If you advertise that you are ensuring masks are worn, you need to enforce this.
