The flexi ticket system is silly... you pay extra for the flexibility but still need to choose a return date and time when you are booking. If you don't update it again to your required time in advance, it is a 'no show'. It's unnecessarily difficult for a simple bus trip that people won't know for sure until they are taking the flight on the day. It's simply not a flexi ticket at all if we're having to give you a date before we know it.

The driver on the September 14 4:21 700 service from Leeson Street Bridge to the airport furiously berated me for paying with coins and loudly announced that I was delaying everyone. In fact, people with phone bookings seemed to have consistent problems every time they boarded the coach. Your drivers are usually polite and helpful, this one reflects poorly on Aircoach.

Usually very happy with Aircoach, but had a nasty experience today 13 Oct 2021 on the 11 pm Cork Dublin service. I bought a regular adult return ticket on the website and showed the Cork-Dublin ticket printout to the driver. Upon examining the ticket, they claimed that this is a student fare ticket and I have made a mistake and that they can disallow travel. I clarified that I did not realize it was a student fare as the booking website did not mention anything about reduced fares and proposed to pay the difference. They ignored my proposal and made condescending comments without bothering to check the facts as I found out later on the booking website that I had actually purchased a regular adult ticket, not a student reduced fare ticket. The drivers behavior was utterly unprofessional and disgusting. While they finally allowed me to board and I was able to start my journey, this incident came as a rude shock. Could Aircoach please educate staff about fares, fare rules as well as about behavior towards customers ?

One black woman didn’t wear mask, the driver has to control that all people are wearing mask with the trip start

The disinterest of the ticket seller in Dublin Airport about me not having a ticket and having to press him really hard about an alternative way to return home was disappointing and to eventually be told to try Gobus who accommodated me even through they were fully booked and lucky for me there was a no show in Dublin City so I got all they way back home. Can't Gobus enough.

I was very dissatisfied. I called ahead of my trip to ask about using my travel pass on my journey, I was informed I could not purchase online however if I went to the attendant at the terminal 2,they would help. When I arrived I was told its prebooking only and only if there's room could I board. Luckily there was room, but then to be told my travel pass wasn't acceptable and I had to pay full price (18euro).what annoyed me most is I was with two other people who I had booked their tickets online for a fraction of the price, I would have bought my own had I been properly advised by the ticket office when I called. Date of travel was 10th Sept 21.other than that, the driver was lovely, bus was comfortable and the journey smooth.

Probably wont choose the Aircoach over the other two available companies servicing the Galway/Dublin route. This is simply due to the fact that it stops not once, but twice in Athlone, while the competitors do the route direct

The buses are almost always over subscribed. You are only guaranteed a seat on the chosen bus, but this is not at all useful for an AIRPORT service, when delays are common and out of your hands. A completely unnecessary stress, total cheapness from Aircoach

We went all the way into city centre at rush hour to collect two passengers as the bus was almost full leaving the airport. We were over an hour late arriving into Cork. I would happily have paid extra for an express from the airport directly to Cork. It seems crazy to try and serve Dublin city centre as well.

Reasonably priced. But coach was 10 minutes late, full to capacity with NO Air-conditioning or Windows on board.

In fairness never had any issue with the service itself but my problem is with the website! The new timetables in particular are only showing the route in one direction which is not helpful! Also you should be informed of the requirement to print your ticket before you pay....not everyone has access to a printer and in most cases these days it's an accepted norm to have it on your mobile device. I can get on a plane with my ticket on my phone but not the bus!!!

Now that the services are back on, would you not consider revising the Killiney and Greystones timetables ? Both routes have gaps of 2 hours, could you not alternate each route in order to have only one hour gaps? It doesn’t make sense that both have practically the same schedules ! In the end I had to take a taxi to the airport as timings were too tight.

Used this service to the airport numerous times in the past and the journey would take 50 mins, now it takes 80 mins, the driver has to get off the vehicle every time people need to get/drop luggage, the QR code machine didn't work, inexplicably the bus departed 10 mins late on my last journey. What used to be a good service has turned into a totally inefficient service that is taking longer than most of my flights!

Good points - the coach was spacious and comfortable. Bad points - the return journey I had today on the 700 from O’Connell street to the airport was farcical. The 16:15 bus arrived pretty much full with about 30-40 people waiting, many with return paper tickets bought at the airport. Despite being there before many people there was a scramble for the doors meaning we were unable to board the coach after prebooked customers. The attitude of the driver was a shoulder shrug and ‘get the next bus’ which is not very professional. It should be explained when purchasing the tickets on the front end that a return seat is not actually guaranteed - adding to more stress especially when catching a flight. Surely as a bus company at the airport you should have a basic idea of how many people require the bus at certain times of the week? Poor experience overall.

Information for AirCoach FROM Airport BUT no information about AirCoach TO Airport which is MORE important. Try again to inform the travelling public.
