It is very often that the Aircoach arrives late... You will have to wait 20 mins minimum...

30 minutes late, an absolute terrible route to the airport, really overpriced and only comes every two hours.

The bus broke down near Sallins on the 8th of Dec. I had to get a taxi to make a flight cost 80. No one from Air Coach made contact to even apologise

Nearly half an hour too late. Not possible to track live arrival time anymore to be able to make a decision on a possible alternative mode of transport. Very rude customer service.

Terrible customer service. I lost an item, had to call 3-4 times for 4 days in a row. They just could not call the driver and ask if he found it or not, they have a terrible slow system of waiting to see if any item will show up on their lost/found list…

Very bad experience this time I faced with my travel from Dublin airport to cork city. I am not satisfied with the payment making for normal 2 baggage, as I am non European I will be definitely travelling with my luggage. Even after taking ticket extra money for luggage is not agreeable; 2 baggage and a cabin bag is normal for a person travelling to another country. More than usual can be taken for extra payment. Also The staff at Dublin airport were not in a professional manner to deal with passengers.

Aircoach allows a maximum of two pieces of luggage per person free of charge to be carried in the luggage compartment of the coach. Small bags may be carried on the coach which can be stored in the overhead rack. Bags cannot occupy seats on the coach.   Excess luggage or bulky items will be charged at €5/£5 per item.

I went to the bus stop in the city but the bus never showed up so I had to get an Uber to the airport

They let us buy a ticket on the 3 Dec for the 26th Dec, all our plans are in place now 5 days before they cancel due to a public holiday....how are we to get to Dublin city, a taxi visit Euro 59.....we did not budget for this. We are visitors and do not has access to a cellphone and dim card to phone to ask for a refund. We send an email but the reply says they could take up-to 10 days to respond....shocking.

Travel from Cork to Dublin airport excellent, driver professional. Return trip there was a tyre puncture, passengers were left in the locked bus for over an hour with no information. Information update and a plan would have been very helpful. Perhaps the driver needs more training. Thank you for operating the service.

17.25pm 15/12/23 Aircoach didn't arrive on time and had to catch Dublin Express instead - who tried to scam me out of another 10 Euros! What are the Aircoach terms and conditions for a late Aircoaches?? You owe me 7 Euros!!

Not a great service. The coaches are generally late (even if you take it at 5am with no traffic). The temperature inside normally high, sometimes too high. And it happened once that while in the stop and with the ticket pre-booked the bus skip the stop and I had to wait 25 min the next coach and was heavily raining.
