The coach was very late,,, I was nearly missed my flight

It came into Galway an hour and fifteen minutes behind schedule. I missed my connection bus.

I lost a bad (I left it in the bus ) I contacted and submitted the lost and found form several times but nobody found anything, which is impossible as the bad was left in the bus !!! People on the phone extremely rude and no interest of helping me !

The worst experience ever had in my life... Several times I had to take the taxi because the bus was not passing at the right time, or not even passing either!

the driver was rude and unfriendly. i had an extra bag and was aware/prepared to pay and he rudely told me i cannot have my bag. Just rude and disrespectful to a customer. Then i watched him throw my bags on the ground and back onto the bus (my bags must have blocked something) as I waited for my terminal drop off. Nor was he helpful as he watched angrily me as a 5’2 young girl lifting a 70 and 50 pound suitcase. Just rude all around. my name isn’t jacqueline tho

The service was terrible. I was abused the driver of the bus , he threw by bag off the bus onto the ground making it wet and damaging it. He embarrassed me on the bus & started shouting at me. Nothing was done not even a refund of my €14.50. I was off to Dubai, what a way to start a trip.

Unfortunately left bags on the aircoach which was my own fault but got no help from ye in helping me keep them safe and retrieve them. Very disappointing

On 13 December bus 700 scheduled for 8.41am from Dublin Westmoreland Street arrived with 30 mins. delay.

The bus from Dublin airport to Belfast arrived with a delay of more than one-and-a-half hours. The reason was that police blocked a road midway. The first 20 minutes the driver made several rounds to get back to the roadblock, hoping it had disappeared in the meantime. It did not. Then, the driver got out of the bus to call his boss/operator? He did so around ten times for the remainder of the journey, asking for instructions. Has anybody heard of Googlemaps or navigation systems!? At no point were the passengers informed about anything: There was no communication whatsoever. When we got to Belfast, there was not even a mention of the stop we arrived at. Oh, and on the way back from Belfast to Dublin airport the bus was half an hour late (because of high demand, the company used two buses instead of one, we had to use the second one). It did not have free Wifi. All in all, pretty pathetic.

I am a very active traveling person and I have been taking this bus for many years. Over the last year it became pretty unreliable, always late and even recently I was not allowed to get into the bus cos I didnt buy the ticket online beforehand. The bus driver was pretty unfrendly too. Terrible.

The service is very poor. After waiting for over minutes I had to call a taxi.
