I bought a ticket and realized the destinations had been swapped (error from my keyboard). Called customer care just a second after receiving the receipt and realizing my error but nothing can be done about it as it's policy. I have used all the money I've got left on my card and have no one to help me as am a stranger/immigrant here for an exam, now stranded.

Driver saw my sister and young niece shood them and drove away never ever again will any of my family use this service again

Hi Laura, Thanks for your message and for letting us know what has happened. All our services to and from the airport run at a very tight schedule and more so during rush hour. While we understand how frustrating it is to be delayed by an airline or at the airport, we do advise that passengers should arrive no later than 10 minutes prior to departure as this will ensure a timely departure of the scheduled service. Once the coach has closed the lockers and boarding doors and engaged its departure then unfortunately the driver once he leaves is no longer permitted to allow any further boarding this is for insurance purposes and also within our operators licence. Where a passenger has been delayed at the airport only then their ticket from the airport is valid for a further 24 hours on a space available basis. Again we understand you may have have been delayed or late out and apologise for the inconvenience caused by not being able to board, your ticket is valid for all other services from the airport for 24 hours.

I pre booked a ticket online for a ride from Dublin O'Connell street to the airport on 12/4. The bus never arrived. After waiting 20 minutes, I had to take a cab. I called customer service and was told the only way to possibly get a refund was to send them an email. Terrible experience.

Flight was delayed but made it to were the bus was parked just on time but bus driver was starting to pull out and would not stop! Will never use aircoach again!

While i was initially relieved to get through to a human when i called ... they were as unhelpful as a bot! I had made a mistake in my booking and sent a reply within 10 minutes to the email receipt I had received. As it was not Info@... they "could do nothing" I am extremely disappointed in this new pay to change tickets and the extremely unhelpful staff on the end of the phone I will be travelling translink from. now on. 2 tickets lost due to new policy.

Mickey Mouse operation. Total apathy from staff. The “every 15 minute bus” should be called the “every 35 minute bus and wait in the freezing cold”. Take a cab. You will get there that day. Welcome to Ireland. Not.

Bus was late but that is often the case. Unable to make payment with a succession of perfectly valid contactless payment cards, including AIB, Ireland’s biggest bank. Luckily I had cash with me. This has happened before. I stress that all the cards are valid and are accepted just about everywhere. I have never been able to get an explanation.

Bus was late but that is often the case. Unable to make payment with a succession of perfectly valid contactless payment cards, including AIB, Ireland’s biggest bank. Luckily I had cash with me. This has happened before. I stress that all the cards are valid and are accepted just about everywhere. I have never been able to get an explanation.

Ticketer machines do not accept AIB cards. It is being investigated and we hope to in the future. If they have their AIB card set up with Apple pay etc it will be accepted.

AirCoach has become totaly unreliable. My coach showed up 18 minutes late this morning. Scheduled for 6.57 arrived at 7.15am. There's no traffic at that time of the morning so its just down to bad service.

The 703 and 702 from 3Arena to the airport on Thursday afternoon (ca. 15.30; 16:00) are always very late, making people nervous and even making tourists to jump in a taxi. I have taken these coaches many times, and on average they were 15-30 min late. This is ridiculous, if these are unavoidable delays, they should adjust the time tables.

Your phone chargers never work, ive been on your busses about 10 times thru the space of a year and not once was i able to charge my phone. Yet that feature is such a big part of your add campains.

Terrible service. Last night I landed in Belfast slightly later than usual due to a low visibility landing and got out to the bus area later than usual. I purchased a ticket for 22:35(26/11/2023) and had to hurry out(22:36) but made it to the depot area and I could see that the bus had only moved slighted just in front of the airport and the bus hasn’t even past me. I waved at the driver and he looked directly at me and gave me a dirty look and said, “ no chance” and shook his head then drove on. I was then stranded in the airport for two hours in the cold. I have never had this experience with airporter/ Aircoach and I have used this service frequently for years. It’s a question of principle and that driver clearly didn’t care at all. I have would normally never complain but I just thought I would let you know of this bad experience I’ve had. The driver that arrived two hours later 00:35 was very friendly and polite

As customers must be at the stop 10 minutes before the departure time, if there is no-one at the coach stop the driver can use his discretion and leave before his allotted time within reason.. Drivers are only able to stop at licensed stops. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

Got the 14:10 leopardstown air coach on Sunday November 26th drivers name was David. Bought my ticket from the hatch where I was never asked what stop just asked was it the leopardstown route. I got on the bus again was never asked what stop I was getting off. Moved to the front of the bus when my stop was next saint rapaheals, David drove straight past I asked was he not stopping he said he wasn’t stopping at every stop. And proceeded to keep driving until the next stop where I had to walk 15 minutes in the rain. Very frustrating and complete lack of communication.

Terrible communication!! Do not use this company and use gobus instead. I was supposed to travel from Dublin city centre to Cork today (24th Nov), but understandably due to what happened in Dublin last night they changed the original bus stop but failed to notify me and many others (10 + others also waiting at the bus stop). Other then looking at the website I would not have know. No email. I phoned the company and said if I ticked no communication then I would not receive an email. So just because I did not want to receive marketing spam I don't get an email. I feel given what happened last night this is an exceptional circumstance where customers should have been notified and not just an update on their website. I tick no communication from Ryanair yet they always tell you if a flight is delayed. It's safe to say I will no longer be using there service.

unable to refund my money despite me giving 2 weeks notice. in other words they will get paid twice for that journey if someone else books it. its not difficult to refund money is it, shocking customer service, i wont be using this lot again

Unfortunately, our tickets are non-refundable as per the T&Cs agreed when purchasing a ticket online. Refunds will only be given if Aircoach has not provided the service booked. We apologise for any inconvenience.

I had a valid student ID and Young Adult Leap Card, however I was refused a student fare on the bus due to not having booked my ticket online. This was not made clear to me before purchasing the ticket, and this policy cannot be found anywhere on their website/in their terms and conditions. They charged me €12 for a journey that should have cost me €5, which is quite a big difference (almost 150% more expensive 😱). Unfortunate because I've usually had quite good experiences with Aircoach in the past. :(
