I have been using Aircoach frequently and although it may be possible that individuals who use Aircoach once may have had a great experience, my experience is really NOT good for the following reasons: - timing is unpredictable - frequency is unpredictable (last time i and fellow passengers had to wait one half hour for the bus to appear) - boarding is unpredictable: drivers decide whether you can board even if you have a valid ticket and are on time - the Aircoach app does NOT work- no bookings appear - poor intuitive user friendliness There is a LOT Aircoach can do before it can be regarded as top quality transport

Not very friendly to foreigners. I couldn’t use credit cards and couldn’t get change in cash. The driver asked me to go to the store to change the change and catch the next bus. He didn’t say that the next bus would be an hour later. I changed the change and waited for a long time, but no bus was there. , I almost delayed my flight, so I had to take a taxi to the airport, which was a waste of time.

Sell your seat and leave early or if bus isn't full they sit for ages to fill it, chatting away and having a smoke with the other bus drivers, booked online, an was there on time, bus infront had the same code as my bus but when I went to get on it he told me the bus left 2 minutes ago even tho I was there and the only bus with with my code was going to the other end of the country, plus lie about being able to use toliets joke of a company.

2 buses never turned up, waited 40 minutes and had to get a taxi in the end

Would give these cowboys no stars if I could .Very rude staff at Dublin airport . Arrogant man refused to refund my ticket despite only purchasing it from the Kiosk 5minutes before .Don't really care about the refund but this man is no advert for the so call friendly Irish welcome .Left me with a very bad taste in my mouth and hope this is not reflective of how people operate in this country

I had the 18.30 coach booked to pick me up at Belfast International on the 24 October 2023, I arrived at the pickup spot at 18.15, my bus did not arrive until 20.50 all that time I was left standing out in the cold waiting on my bus, it was a disgrace how I was treated I’m a pensioner I ended up very sick and two antibiotics, did not like my reply from the company after contacting them, they said they were sorry for my experience with air coach, that was it so disappointed in how it was dealt with

Terrible, driver to 703 to Glasthule is rude and unhelpful. Will leave bus stop 5 minutes early even if people have pre bought tickets.

As customers must be at the stop 10 minutes before the departure time, if there is no-one at the coach stop the driver can use his discretion and leave before his allotted time within reason. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Stupid app, can’t even do a cancellation for wrong bookings. Better would be to go for other options. It might’ve written on terms and condition. But still there should be a chance to cancel.

Service leaving derry was 25 minutes late. Service from belfast wouldn’t wait for a family 5 minutes coming from a delayed flight. This service was much more dependable when ran by previous owners.

Bus didnt turn up. Had to get taxi to airport with another couple in same situation. Contacted non existant customer service for refund, no chance. Flight home was delayed, so missed scheduled bus (not aircoach issue) but next available bus was 1h40. Overall disastrous experience, as many times before... Can't wait for Dublin city to get a proper airport link and put these to the sword. Often thought it, but this straw broke the back for me - Will make a point never use again

Today Nov3rd , 2023 the 700 bus at 3:30am at O’Connell Street Upper did not wanted to take us because my ticket was for 4:00am . The 4:00 am bus never arrived and at 4:35am we had to take a taxi to the Dublin Airport , which cost us 30 euros .. My bus ticket reference number is: HHES-QCMI-IKYA under the name of Tomas Emilio Alba. I do have the taxi receipt and honestly AIRCOACH should pay us the taxi cost . Son realmente Malos. El 27.10 salí del aeropuerto y no me vendían billete en la taquilla hasta que faltaban 10 minutos para la partida, no antes. Compré billete de ida y vuelta desde aeropuerto hasta Hotel Clayton, Leeson Street. Cuando el 29.10 me dirigí a la parada para volver al aeropuerto, llegué a las 17.40 y estuve esperando hasta las 1845 y por allí no apareció ningún autobús de la compañía. Finalmente y ante el riesgo de perder el avión tuve que coger taxi con el coste de 55 euros. Visite la página de Aircoach para ver si había algún aviso sobre la línea 700 ya que cambiaban la hora y por la mañana se disputó una maratón pero....no había nada que impidiera tomar el autobús. Puestos en contacto con ellos 2 días más tarde me cuentan el rollo de que sienten el retraso y que al no haber sacado el billete On Line no tengo asegurado el asiento. Se creen que hablan con tontos???? No hubo retraso, simplemente no prestaron el servicio y .....claro sino prestan el servicio difícilmente puedo tener asegurado el asiento. No devuelven el importe de un servicio no prestado y se quedan tan anchos. ! Que mala política de atención al cliente!!!! Son realmente Malos!!!!!

On the 2pm bus from Cork to Dublin City Centre on Thursday 2nd Nov. Aircoach cut corners by using the same bus as the incoming Dublin to Cork service and just swapping the driver. The incoming bus arrived at 2.20pm and passengers disembarked. Bus departed 35 mins late from Cork. As a result I was told we were going straight to Dublin Airport and to get the 700 back into the city centre. I'm now over four hours into what should be a 3 hour journey and not there yet. Plus the driver of the 700 is the angriest man I've ever met. Shouted at customers at T1 and T2. Reminds me of the film "Inside out" where the bus driver only has one emotion - anger. Not impressed Aircoach.

I am so upset at the moment went down today to get the 2 pm bus to dublin city centre as stated on my ticket still standing at 2 15 pm and no bus the go bus had pulled in I spotted the driver of air coach and asked him what was going on he said the bus was delayed but he WOULD NOT BE STOPPING IN DUBLIN CITY AS HE WAS TOLD TO GO STRAIGHT TO THE AIRPORT there would be another bus provided to bring us from the airport back to dublin which really wasn't good enough as we were going to the 3arena for Michael mcintyre and we would have missed the show. Tje show was the only reason we were going to dublin .We then rang aircoach and they said absolutely nothing they can do we were offered a service even though it wasn't what we paid for and this person was not very nice so we are now on the go bus after buying more tickets hoping we make Michael Mcintyre I really do not think this is good enough Regina.

Last night- 30.10.2023 23:35( last bus) I have bought one way ticket from airport to Dalkey on the route 703. I asked driver is it going to Dalkey. He said yes, but bus went to city centre. so my trip went wrong

We were supposed to travel home with this company on Saturday evening/Sunday morning with 3 very tired children. Waited at the stop pointed out to us by someone at the airport. The bus arrived on time but went sailing by! Apparently the bus stop had moved round the corner! On returning inside we did see a notice showing the change but it was dark and there were so many people walking in front of it that we hadn’t seen it. Surely your driver knew he was 5 passengers short at this time in the morning, and could have been a little bit more flexible? Sort your signage out aircoach , at 00.45,in the morning with 3 tired children, suitcases and 1 adult in a wheelchair we feel really let down.

Driver was extremely rude. He refused to stop for multiples passengers because they didn’t answer loud enough when he called the stop. He was constantly giving out throughout the journey. Would be an absolutely horrendous first introduction to the country if I was a tourist. Train your drivers in courtesy and treating passengers with respect.
