Really unreliable. Rarely comes on time or at all. Buses cancelled with no indication on the timetable.

The signage for your bus stop is hard to notice on exiting Belfast intl. Directed by airport staff to the incorrect more obvious bus stop right outside the airport door. Missed your bus to Derry. Spoke with one of your drivers on the Dublin bus. Was told that the signage issue was previously flagged up and nothing done about it.

I travelled from Dublin Airport on 28.12.23 around 5pm to Stillorgan. (700 service to Leopardstown). The staff at the ticket booth were polite and helpful. The driver on the other hand was rude and obstructive. I was also surprised that while there was a digital display of the time there was none detailing the itinerary and planned stops. (Even third world countries have this these days on transport vehicles). The driver did not announce the name of any upcoming stops. One young female passenger intended to get off at RTE. When she approached the driver after he whizzed straight past, she pointed out that the information on your website specifies this is a stop. He threw his arms in the air and said "I'm not responsible for knowing where you want to get off". A few minutes later the same thing happened to a young male passenger, the driver informed him he would have to walk back about 15 minutes to his intended stop. It is winter and it was a dark and rainy night. Neither of these passengers were Irish. I found the incidents very embarrassing as an Irish person; so much for Irish hospitality and the great "Irish welcome"!! I'm sure the driver will remember me alighting from the coach as I turned to him and said "I would normally say thank you but I won't as you are just so rude". He retorted "Ah well, don't bother". I hope he doesn't have a passport to travel abroad and deliver his rude attitude in other countries.

Additionally, we understand that it can be difficult knowing when to get off when there is no digital display with the itinerary and planned stops. We understand it must have been difficult and embarrassing for both young passengers who had to walk back after being whizzed past their intended stop due to the driver's attitude. Firstly the bus was late and he didn’t greet us. He opened the luggage hold without saying a word. Then ran back inside to check tickets, fair enough. Driver was extremely rude when I showed him my ticket. I used my student leap card to pay for the ticket online but didn’t have it when the bus arrived. I showed him my leap account which said I had a valid Young Adult Leap card with money on it. I also showed him my college student card. He was just so rude about the whole thing huffing and rolling his eyes and not listening to anything I was saying. Didn’t even give me the option of buying a return and forced me to pay for an adult single. I did read the terms and conditions but I had all my proof there and you can’t even buy a ticket without a student leapcard number. I was just ignored from the get go treating me like a belligerent small girl. All in all it’s been a really negative start to my trip and It’s made me very anxious. I’m honestly not one to complain about things, especially not on customer service because I understand people can have bad days. This just really stressed me out. As I said, I read the terms and conditions so I know ye it’s not refundable but is there any chance I could get a refund on my return ticket for the way home. I will not be using my ticket after todays experience.

For the third time, I booked a ticket and then the bus did not show up. Neither did the next bus. I had to take a taxi with other people who were waiting for the Aircoach.

I am a Senior Citizen, with free travel permit. I was not able to make a booking. I use Aircoach frequently, and have always had my travel permit accepted. I was told there was a way that enabled senior citizens to book. I could not find it.

We understand that senior citizens need to be thoroughly accommodated, Being a Private company we off the Free Travel Pass on all of our routes excluding Belfast to Dublin. This options can be found in our select passengers drop down screen

Driver was extremely aggressive towards me, very unprofessional, left me fearing for my safety ( I was the last to disembark). Had radio blaring the whole journey so much you could hear through noise cancelling headphones. His language was appalling. I have never been treated so badly by anyone in my life.

My son went to glasthule this morning 6th January to get the 5.07 air coach. The bus sped past at 5.01 as he was parking the car. What’s the point of having a service that is too infrequent anyway and then departs earlier than the allocated time.

We are committed to offer the best possible experience to our customers, but our schedule might change due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic conditions. We advice our customer to add 1 hour extra time to their travel to account for unforeseen circumstances.

I was on the 10pm bus from the airport to the city centre. The driver was extremely rude to elderly passengers who happened to be first timers in Dublin - not the best welcome. The driver was saying he will announce the stops, albeit without a microphone, and one should shout yes if getting off there. Surely there’s a better way of doing this like adding a screen to display the upcoming stops and/or a recorded audio to announce the stops like other normal buses.

The bus stopped and left 10 minutes earlier to go to the airport. We bought our tikets for the 6:00 am journey and we arrived on the street 15 minutes in advance. We were just on the other side of the street and we saw the bus arriving and departing in less than 5 minute, at 5:50 it was already gone. The stop was so quick that we didn't have the opportunity of cross the road that it was already gone, with 10 minute in advance!

As per another of the one star reviews below, their Flexbook and Flexbook plus is not worth the paper it is written on. When booking bus tickets with Aircoach, they offer the opportunity to purchase 'flexbook' or 'flexbook plus' add ons to your ticket. In each case, the Aircoach website states the benefit of these add ons as being the ability to 'Change your booking up to 1 hour before departure of your journey'. Aircoach then have a provision in their standard T&Cs (that the cynic in me would say is deliberately hidden away in the hope you don't read/understand it) that this effectively does not actually mean departure of YOUR journey, but the departure of the relevant bus AT ORIGIN. This is incredibly (and perhaps deliberately, given the issue has been flagged to Aircoach by me and by others on this review page, but yet they still don't clarify the wording) misleading and leads to consumers paying for an add on they either do not need, or are unable to utilise as expected (if they have not fully read and understood the T&Cs and then gone back to the start of the purchase process to deselect their option for flexbook).

From our terms and conditions, changes can be made up to 1 hour before the original journey departure time (e.g. if you wish to change from a stop midway through a service – the window for changes is one hour prior to the first stop on that route and not the time of departure for subsequent stops on that service). The booking cannot be changed within 1 hour of departure or when the original time booked has passed. So, if there's anything else that we can do to improve our services, please let us know. We would greatly appreciate your feedback.

Is there no direct from Galway. Why has it 2 stops in Athlone. Got 14.15 from Galway before Christmas and didn’t arrive at the airport until 18.05

Paid extra for "Flexibook" to allow amendment 1 hr before departure, stated time of departure 13:45 from Dublin airport. Tried to amend at 12:30 website won't allow change. Spoke to call centre. Apparently as the bus starts at 13:20 in Dublin city centre this is the cut off time not the departure time from Dublin airport!. Clearly misleading information on your website and flexi booking isn't what it is claimed to be.

I was waiting one hour and 10 minutes this morning (22 December from 7.50am) on O’Connell Street before any air coach arrived. I called the office several time, one man told me that the coaches run every 30 minutes at that hour of the morning (not according to your website or your timetable). When the coach finally arrived the driver was rude and only let people who had booked on line on board (despite their being at least 7 empty seats for the remainder of the journey). The wait time was ridiculous when you are servicing people catching flights - I will avoid this ‘service’ in future and would recommend everyone else to use a reliable route to the airport instead. It is such an awful start to any holiday.

That was the first I tried Aircoach. The service is unreliable; the bus was about 30 minutes late! I almost missed my flight! Never again!
