“Great & comfortable journey to Dublin Airport got there with plenty of time to spare ... and the return journey ... bus was there on time at airport and a comfortable journey home... BRILLANT SERVICE by Aircoach”

“I travelled from Derry to Dublin airport. There was no wifi the whole journey. We had to change buses in Belfast in the middle of a downpour and out in the street, not even in the bus depot, get our luggage and move it to the new bus. Very disappointing that no one helped with the luggage and that there was no wifi available the entire journey.”

“Booked to go to airport with my son. Got onto Aircoach and the driver noticed we had booked the ticket wrong way round in error. Was told no room and to get off. Terrible service, left me in tears by side of the road. He could see it was the right date and time”

“Not very happy with the service we booked for two from Charleslands at Greystones on the 10 am 1/8/23 It was pouring with rain at the start, so we waited in a car for the bus to arrive The bus passed by without stopping. At 10 /10 am Fortunately, we were able to find a car to get us to the next stop in Greystones. We’re not very happy with the arrangements and if we booked I’m sure the driver should’ve been aware that there was a pick up required at Charlesland Otherwise, the trip was satisfactory, and on time at the airport Derek Potts o’clock”

“Not being able to cancel a booking when plans change is incredibly annoying. My dates got changed due to work commitments and I was unable to cancel and receive a refund on a booked ticket from Derry to Belfast international airport. Also, the fact that you do not offer a service to Belfast City Airport and only offer a service every 2 hours is again incredibly annoying, and frustrating. The previous offer by Airporter was a far superior service and is greatly missed.”

“Great service usually but during their busy summer months, they ferry you onto a different bus at Dublin airport on the Belfast Dublin route. Adds time to the journey- NOT a direct service. Direct means ONE bus- no warning of this changeover when booking. I”
