“Poor at every level from website design, being able to find the bus stand at Belfast international to the bus operator not alerting people on the bus of what stop it is resulting in some people missing the drop-off point.”

“No live info and buses rarely on time. No service through the night either. Overall a rubbish service for the price charged.”

“My Aircoach journey was really good, professionally run , on time , good service and reasonably priced ! My only issue was there were no available toilets on my outward journey !”

“Hi ! Very disappointed by the service. Arrived in Dublin, the bus i had booked for 4 pax never showed up, so I bought tickets for the next one. Impossible to get a refund for the first tickets.”

“Very disappointed. Outgoing journey was about 10minutes late. Return journey - coach was 20mins yes late with very poor comms from the staff on the ground. The bus had to be changed - and we left an hour late. The bus itself poor with the advertised chargers not working. The driver himself was fine and did his best.”

“The price is reasonable but the 702 bus running every 2 hours is not convenient for travellers being picked up and dropped off on that route. The bus drivers are polite and helpful. The seats on the bus are not always comfortable. This time I had to clean my seat off dorito crumbs before sitting down.”

“I was very disappointed with my recent service, Dublin to Belfast. I received contradictory instructions from 4 different staff (11.50am service from Dublin to Belfast), no information about the journey, and the wifi was not working. As I sent my email to complain on.my mobile data, the network was changed as the bus crossed the border so i am not sure if it was received. Service may provide value fir money but i was not impressed.”
