I booked to Dublin airport Monday 18th November, paid on line, dalkey to airport. 10am bus did not arrive, 11am bus did not arrive. The man on the telephone was unable to help in any way . Airbus is not too be trusted ever. Having booked on line, they have my email, easy to contact me. Useless

Unfortunately the very old coach we were on broke down on the motorway. We had to wait on the hard shoulder for one and a half hours. We were two hours late and lots of people had flights to catch. It was a terrible experience.

Overpacked bus from terminal 2. Bus was already practically full when it arrived to pick us up. Paid for 2 adults and 2 kids but kids had to sit on our laps as no seats were available. Unsafe and unprofessional, staff noticed and didn’t care.

A nightmare,yesterday started from cork at te 11:00 am, the bus brokedown on the highway. Another bus came to pick us but with for eleven passengers... the other bus came to pick up us arrived at the 16:30 at the airport in dublin. End of the story: they made me miss the flight. All this story made me spend other 320 € and take another flight today. I wish to aircoach the worst.

Unfortunately our experience was not a good one. We showed up at the right terminal, right time, got QR codes scanned and bus driver confirmed all was good; but then was driven 2 hours in the wrong direction! After this they provided no compensation or refund. Ended up costing us 3x more. Very disappointed

Horrible service. Strongly discourage to utilise it. The bus driver saw me waiting under the pouring rain and with a booked ticket did not stop to pick me up.

We had booked an airport bus, but the bus left without waiting for us that day because it ran earlier than its scheduled departure time. As a result of the investigation, we were refunded, but we wasted our money on a taxi. Since the Aircoach should know in advance the information of customers who have made reservations, we believe it is a natural response to wait for customers until the scheduled departure time. We hope that the quality of service will be improved in the future.

Scam of a company, I will never use them again. The bus drove 20-30 minutes ahead of its schedule despite me booking it weeks before. I was able to go to a stop that I thought I could beat it thanks to my partner's car. I met people waiting for 30 min there and the bus was already ahead of that stop. We had to take a cab not to miss our flights. I asked for a refund since they didn't deliver the service I paid for. They said I do not have the right. It is the definition of a scam.

I got a air coach bus from belfast return ticket and the driver told me it was 30 Euro and when I checked my account the next day I was charged 30.04 Euro.When I called them the person on the phone told me there was nothing he could do so they can just Rob you and get away with it this is not good enough in this day and age

I am currently on a bus to airport that has pulled up just before the Port Tunnel. It appears that the tunnel was delayed in reopening but your drivers should be briefed and ready to take alternative routes if the tunnel doesn’t open in time. People are going to miss flights because the driver just pulled up. I would expect much better route and contingency planning from a transport company.

Coach cancelled so I rebooked into a later one. Arrived at the terminal only to be told (without any communication from Aircoach) that my rebooked coach was cancelled and the original coach did run. Staff member said it was really poor form and lack of communication from Aircoach, I 100% agree. Shambles of a service.

Driver always leaves the bus stop earlier than the departure time . It's very unpleasant for those who need transportation :(

The bus was 10 minutes early leaving my stop so I, along with other passengers , missed it . Not realising that we had missed it we waited at the stop for 30 minutes past its scheduled time assuming it was late . Baffling how a time critical airport service can operate in this way

704X route bus was cancelled, the cancellation email went to a junk inbox. All alternative options were fully booked. Our flight landed in Dublin airport at 21.45 and I was stranded. This is an unreliable service.

Waited 28 minutes for an Aircoach that was due at 5.02am. Got a taxi when it didn't arrive. Customer service will not issue a refund as they claim it arrived 29 minutes late and they don't refund within 45 minutes. The previous time I booked an Aircoach, I arrived 4 minutes ahead of the scheduled time and the bus was about to leave despite knowing they had a booking for that stop. About a year before I got on from the city centre and 4 full Aircoaches went past before I had to get a taxi .... they did refund that time but did not apologise and made me jump through hoops.

First-time customer. The bus didn't arrive - we had to take a taxi (St. Stephens Green - Airport). No upfront information from Aircoach. They refunded the online ticket but not the Flexi part of it -> even though the bus didn't arrive I couldn't cancel it myself and had to reach out to them adding more work to the already terrible experience.

I bought a ticket for the 1:25pm 700 Aircoach, and as my flight was delayed, ran to get there on time, arriving at exactly 1:25. I assumed it wasn’t there yet, so I waited at the stop. Three minutes later I asked an agent if it was coming to be told that it had left. I had bought a ticket specifically for that time, as you have to do now with Aircoach, to ensure a seat, only to have it leave early. As I am on my way to a wake, I had to have someone come to pick me up, as I couldn’t wait for the next bus. The Aircoach service used to be my go-to for travelling to the airport, but it’s become progressively worse over the past years, and I’ll now be exploring other options. Will requesting a refund.
