“Drivers consistently leave the engine running for 15 minutes while waiting to start their route. Our house is right beside the terminus where this happens every day. No change to this behaviour despite Aircoach saying it is against their policy.”

“Email of bus cancellation 40 minutes before bus due. Called customer service who advised me to take the next bus an hour later. Very poor service Aircoach and unreliable. .”

“App is unreliable, tried to book a ticket via the app, but it said the payment could not be processed. I retried. At the third attempt the ticket was booked, but I discovered 2 days later that Aircoach processed all 3 payments. Later I discovered that one of my trips was overbooked and we had to wait for a later coach. Very unreliable.”

“Investment fraud is growing hugely and I advise the public to stay away from these fraudulent companies. For those who are victims to these scams like myself, I strongly recommend you to approach an Ethical Hacker. I invested $250,000 and was unable to get my hard earned money back from an unregulated company that kept demanding for more deposits. (LINDA SMITH) has successfully recovered investment for their clients. I have to hire them as well and they did not disappoint me, they recovered all of my money back into my account. You can reach out to them also”

“No bus seems to be a very common problem. Why is there no app that shows what is not running, people are on the way to the airport with deadlines. So cop on Airbus”

“Arrived into Dublin Airport 30/11 2024 went outside to get bus was told no bus till 20 50 got my ticket to greystones . Out at bus stop 10 minutes before due and waited back to office and told that bus had been cancelled . We should have been told no bus till 21 50 . Really not good enough ☹️☹️☹️”

“Booked a ticket from Belfast International to Derry on 29th November at 8pm…..waited until 9.18pm with a huge queue of people and the bus didn’t show up! No communication and no representatives from the bus company available. Awful service, never again!”

“Very poor. Given incorrect time information. This happened the last time I used Aircoach too. When I asked the person in the kiosk (17.10 Friday 29th Nov) he was extremely rude. I had only said I was given the wrong time and could he please let his staff know. Said it wasn’t his problem got very rude and wasn’t even prepared to forward information on. If this is your customer interface it really needs attention.”

“My experience with this partner was a failure. I advise everyone not to fall into the trap I fell into. I bought tickets and took out insurance on them. I was unable to get the value of the tickets back or change my flight to another day. Note that the flight has 26 days left. The partner is Kiwi. I do not recommend this airline. They are thieves and robbers. When you contact them, they advise you to change the page. When you do what they told you to do, they apologize and try again. I do not recommend them at all. A failed partner and failed employees.”

“Terrible services. Drivers driving over the speed limit and leaving you dry at the stop because they arrived early and did not stop for bookings. They also refused to refund me for pre booked tickets. See my bus was 13 mins ahead of schedule!”

“I used the flexible booking option. Cost 3 euros so seemed good value for a 20 euro ticket. When I cancelled the ticket I only got refunded the 3 euros. This is obviously not what one would expect. I would think that the option is very poor value”

“WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Horrible service. Strongly discourage to utilise it. The bus driver saw me waiting under the pouring rain and with a booked ticket did not stop to pick me up. They did not reimburse me the ticket and they said it is in their policy to do so.”
