Greystones aircoach due in Dalkey at 7.17am arrived at 7.06am and left. Passengers left stranded. This service is very unreliable. Dart and Dublin express much more reliable service. Aircoach dreadful service with no contact number available.

I had a terrible experience with Aircoach on Thursday, 14th November 2024. I had a ticket for the 21:00 bus from Cherrywood and arrived at the stop at 20:45. I waited for nearly 1.5 hours, but neither the 21:00 bus nor the 22:00 bus showed up. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I was left stranded without any updates or alternatives. I would not recommend relying on Aircoach based on this experience.

I know it’s hard to get staff and at 7.30 in the morning it’s hard to be happy but please can you have a word with your staff not to be rude and dramatic . Just got the 7.40 bus from the Stillorgan road .Your driver has anger issues !

I arrived 11 minutes early for the 9:24 am aircoach from Knox Hall, Monkstown to Terminal 1 in Dublin Airport. I had bought a ticket in advance. When no bus had arrived by 9:45 am, one of my fellow passengers rang the Aircoach office to be told that the bus had left Knox Hall at 9:11 am.

First and hopefully last time I used this service with aircoach. I understand for some it's a nice and smooth experience, for us it was a nightmare. Before boarding in Belfast City centre asked if they have 4 seats available, after they checked and confirmed they have, boarded and payed for 4 adult seats, even though my youngest child should of been paid half price ticket, I realised there's no seats for 4 of us, only for 2. We had to stand or seat on the floor, no other choice, risking our safety all the way to Dublin. Customer service dismissive, trying to blame me, asking for picture with the bus full when they have cctv on the bus, customer service was called twice while still in the bus, they have a record of tickets sold, not my problem that some passengers had young children with them who travel for free. Humiliating experience, hopefully never ever again. The so called rich country has the poorest service in Europe. Do your jobs properly to avoid complaints!

I booked and paid for a seat with you from Cork to Dublin airport for the 20/10/2024. When I turned at the bus the many passengers were still boarding and I politely took my place in the queue and allowed other passengers to board before me. However when I tried to scan my boarding ticket the driver pushed it away and said that the bus was now full! When I explained that that I had booked my ticket for 11am and had to make my 4pm flight in Dublin the driver proceeded to use very abusive language in front of the whole bus! Yo would have to wonder is it really worth it for Aircoach to sell booked seats to make an extra few quid?! I will not be using your service again and could not recommend your service to anyone. In addition I will be making a complaint about the incident to consumer complaints although given the abusive behaviour of your driver I doubt you as a company really give a stuff about your customers!

It would be useful and sensible to let passengers from Derry/Londonderry get off in Belfast, especially since the bus is never full anyway going on to Dublin or else include the Belfast city airport on the route.

Terrible experience, the driver accused me of using the same ticket that my sister used. As it said on his scanning device that the ticket has already been used. He didn’t even bother to check the reference number to check if it was indeed the same number. I told him that I we just landed on the time that it says it was scanned so how is that possible. It was ok if the ticket wasn’t valid but accusing me of something I didn’t do was just horrible.

I’ve used aircoach over the past 6 years and have had lovely experience every single time. The bus drivers are usually very kind, friendly and accommodating. Except this one very bad experience. I had an online ticket that I booked week ahead, and the barcode wouldn’t load for some reason. I showed the driver the booking ID and he insisted on the barcode. I was first on the bus and his words were - ‘get out of the way, you are blocking the others’. It did not take more than 10 seconds, He could have easily typed in the code into the big digital pad they usually carry. Eventually after all passengers got in, he typed in the code, of course my booking existed. During this I had left my bags on the seats reserved for the disabled, and went to get them, and he shouts - ‘you can’t sit there!’ I wasn’t going to. But I have also had instances where drivers have allowed me to be seated on the ones reserved for the disabled, when there weren’t any that needed it. Moreover, I have moved seats more than once to accommodate disabled person on that seat. All this at 12.30 am after a long flight. So please aircoach, train your drivers not to scream and shout at your paying customers, and leave the shoddy attitude behind. We are aware of our civic duties and we just want to get home after a long flight, without having to deal with rude drivers!

The reviews in this website are all lies, I wouldn't give them 1 star. Honesty, THEY ARE DISIGUSTING. Never on time, buses just don't show up, rude drivers, rude customer service. This company is a joke.

After a long trip, we ran after the flight to catch the 701 that supposed to leave the terminal at 21:40, on Thursday 07/11/24. We arrived at 21:38 and the lady working (very polite, by the way) told us that the bus left few minutes before. There is even two more people waiting (and they were there before we arrive, so the bus left WAY earlier than expected). This is ridiculous. This is disrespectful to all customers. Now waiting another 30 minutes to another bus, IF this bus decides to show up (or, at least, be on time). The last time we went to take this bus, the drivers were in strike and the next bus would be after 2 hours only. Both very upsetting experiences that no one will never be responsible for it, as always. Thanks for the service!

Booked Belfast to Dublin coach before the change of pick up to North Queen St. No communication that depart point had changed. Waited in Glengall street and of course the bus did not show. Thankfully was able to get on a bus from Grand Central to Dublin airport. I made a complaint to Aircoach and was totally fobbed off.....very poor!!

The 18:06 703 service never showed up eventhough I was 10 minutes early!!! Looking at the tracker it looks like it’s almost at the airport!!! How does that make sense!! Either stick to a schedule or don’t bother. Used to be a reliable service but not sure anymore .

A booking was made online for the 10.46am AirCoach from Morehampton Rd (Hampton hotel) to the airport and I was at the bus stop well ahead 10.30am. The 10.46am bus did not show up so all my hopes were focused on the also scheduled 11.16am bus. The 11.16am bus did not show up either so I felt compelled to hail a taxi at 11.26am to make it to the airport in time. In the taxi I immediately sent an email to raise a complaint about this situation to their customer service. It took quite a while but eventually I got a reply and they will compensate me for my ticket. However, not for the extra costs they forced me to make. They simply refer to their Terms & Conditions: "Regarding your compensation request, in line with our terms and conditions Times shown on Aircoach timetables are not guaranteed, and Aircoach assumes no responsibility for conveying passengers within any particular time period, nor for making flight connections. Aircoach may, without notice, alter or omit destination points shown on the ticket in case of necessity. Schedules are subject to change, without notice." Booking with Aircoach is like buying a lottery ticket. Given the many bad reviews, a customer organisation should intervene. By purchasing a ticket Aircoach enters into an agreement with their customers. An agreement which they then unilaterally break without providing their customer with any information, making it impossible for the customer to plan an alternative in time. Unacceptable!
