Due to an issue with AirCoach's system, I ended up purchasing two identical tickets, yet they refuse to issue a refund.

As other people mentioned. On Saturday 7 th December the 2.10 bus from Belfast international was no show. I waited for the next one 4.10 , no show again. No information on the app. Total disgrace. I took a bus to Belfast and managed to catch an Ulster bus to Derry. Ulster bus is a much cheaper and better service. Shame they don’t run from the airport.

As with the previous reviewer I too waited an hour for the 14.10 Aircoach from Belfast international airport to Derry but it didn’t show. There was no communication from the company and when I tried to track it just showed the route as normal. There were many people waiting and we all gave up after an hour. I then took a taxi to Antrim costing me £17 planning to get a train to Derry from there only to find that there were no trains running at all. My husband had to drive from Derry to Antrim to collect me. It was very cold and this was totally unacceptable as a service. We are now going through the process of obtaining a refund. I had booked extra flexi fare. Poor service Airbus - no one was able to get any information. you need address this issue.

I was booked on the 2.10 coach from Belfast International Airport on Saturday 7 December which did not turn up. Air coach was impossible to contact and none of the passengers had been contacted by Aircoach with any informaton on what was happening. I and 3 other passengers booked a taxi to Derry. Now on aircoch website trying to work out how to get at the least a refund but doesnt seem to be possible online. Shocking service

Bus 700 leaving Terminal 2 today Monday 9th December at 10:30 would not wait 1 minute for me to come down the scalator. He saw me and told me he wouldn’t wait Not nice.

This morning at 5:50 am the driver of Aircoach bus drived a bus extreemly unsafely approaching Drumcondra from N1 side. He changed lanes as he was the only vehicle on the road. At one point he made me to drive on a opposite side as I couldn't continue to drive on my own. At the same time the opposite traffic was approaching. This was an extreeme situation that barely finished dramatically. Despite I used a horn he did the same two lights after and nearly hit my car from the passenger's side. This way of driving is unacceptable!!! The number plate is 142 - D - 15749. (C15)

Booker 4:43 bus to Airport from city centre, was informed by a different driver that it would be delayed or had already left. I’m still waiting here. It wasn’t clear what arrangements were and I’m late for my flight now.

We are standing at the Belfast international bus stop, an aircoach stopped here at 22:12, and my elderly mother put her hand out as the sign in front said Belfast/derry. The driver stopped and shouted to ask where are we going, and when we answered “Belfast” rudely shouted “read the sign” and shut the door in our faces. The whole bus stop was appalled. Not how we’d like to welcome visitors to Northern Ireland. Very disappointed as I regularly use aircoach

We had booked seats on 3.30pm coach from Dublin to Belfast. Our original flight to Belfast city was cancelled due to bad weather. We had to fly to Dublin then get to Belfast city airport where our car was. Flight delayed in Stansted. Turned up at the 5.30pm coach and it was no problem to the staff to allocate us seats they were so helpful after a stressful day. Would highly recommend. We’ve never used this service before . It’s very well priced.

Had booked a trip from Dublin City Center to the airport, and learned 10 min before the departure time that this service had been cancelled, without notice from Air Coach (I just saw that my bus had suddenly disappeared on the "track my coach" page). I had to wait in the cold for another 45 min (the next bus was 15 min late from the expected schedule), and had to negotiate with the bus driver to onboard as that bus was almost full and my ticket was for the previous bus (that never came). Absolutely disastrous and unreliable service.

Having used the service numerous times over the past few years, I was very satisfied with fares, frequency of service and comfort. That was until my most recent experience. On my outgoing journey the bus had no charger facilities in working order, which an inconvenience on a 2.5 hr trip from Dublin to Belfast. My return journey was an absolute disaster. My scheduled 9:10 am bus from Belfast arrived at least 20mns late only to tell us customers that were waiting out in the cold that the bus had issues and would have to get another bus from depot. We then had to wait til 9:50 am before a replacement bus showed up,, out in the cold. That bus then got as far as Dublin Airport and driver then told us, that anyone going to Dublin City centre would have to get off and get on bus behind his. More time wasted, and bus then arrived in city centre 55mns behind schedule. I was booked for a train departing hueston at 12:45, I stepped off that bus atv12:31. I got the 1st taxi and tried to reach hueston on time. Due to traffic I arrived at 12:45, just as the train pulled away without me on it. I called aircoach to voice my complaint, they were not very considerate. I was also charged for a new booking on the next train as they would not accept my original ticket for train 2hrs earlier. Aircoach said on phone they would log my complaint, give me a ref # and send me an email regarding such. That was a Thursday, I never received that email til Monday, but in the email received they agreed to refund my 1 fare cost from Belfast to Dublin and would receive that within 3-5 working days. It's now Saturday afternoon and no refund yet. Furthermore no where in their communications did they take responsibility for their failure to provide the service promised, they havnt even offered an apology for my inconvenience and extra costs for their faults.

was travelling to cork tonight from t2 and young man informed me the service was fully booked and he kindly directed me to terminal 1 to see if any people did not show for bookings I managed to be helped by a lovely lady in terminal 2 who helped me get a ticket very efficient service

Drivers consistently leave the engine running for 15 minutes while waiting to start their route. Our house is right beside the terminus where this happens every day. No change to this behaviour despite Aircoach saying it is against their policy.
