I could not locate my ticket in my email system, emailed Aircoach on a Sunday and they replied first thing Monday morning, resending the ticket. Delighted with the service.

Aircoach bus cancelled 2 hours before departure, not very professional. I understand from social media that this is quite a regular thing.

We entered aircoach, bus 704x from Cork to Dublin Airport on 20/12/2024 ,my boy left his Samsung tablet on the seat of the bus,and immediately go to the desk at the airport and was told ,they could not find it,its so sad,my boy is seriously down now.

Terrible service got overcharged by almost 70% on a return trip when contacted customer service straight away like it said to on my receipt The reply I eventually got was that I should have approached the driver instead that they can’t do anything about it even with proof of the journey.

Good Service for those who wants travel to the Dublin Airport. There is no facility to select seats while booking. If that facility is added it would be great

The driver ignored me at the stop. I was standing at the stop and he didn't stop because I didn't wave. It was the 19/12 at cherrywood business stop and I was waiting the 700 at 5,30 in the morning and there was only me. Fortunately there was a red traffic light ahead and I run to catch him. First thing he said with was "you have to put your hand out", like he was giving me a free ride or doing me a favour. Very bad manners. So I let him notice that if there a stop he need to stop if he see someone there. Not very professional.

Guy at Dublin Airport gave wrong number for the bus. He refuses to admit responsibility. The lady with him isn't my help either. I'm waiting ages now. He could grow a pair and apologise.

I scanned the timetable code at the coach stop Belfast international and it says valid until March 2024! It’s December and freezing !!!!!

I bought a flexi ticket from Dublin Airport to Cork on 19th December (Today). The luggage took so long to come through, that I missed my Bus. When it was obvious that I wouldn‘t make my connection I tried to rebook on a later bus. Unfortunatly it is not obvious on your Website where to do this. I still haven’t found how to do it. So I have lost my ticket money and will not be booking with your company again.

DO NOT USE on your way to the Dublin airport - you’ll miss your flight! We booked the tickets online for Aircoach 701, the driver knew we were waiting at the bus stop, he saw us but drove by. The helpline was friendly and helpful but VERY slow. I do not yet know if the tickets will be refunded. We then took a taxi - money well invested.

Bus left on time, that was the best part of the journey, it was so cold on the bus most people didn't take their coats or hats off and there were young children including my own, I said to the driver at the end of the journey and got absolutely no response, no apology nor even an excuse, next time we will seek alternative means. 705x 07:10 19/12/24

Booked a ticket online for the 702 from 3 arena arrived at 4:18pm for a 4:26pm bus.. I call air coach to find out where my bus is only to be told it arrived Early!! 4:07pm and I missed it because it was EARLY. First and last time using the service.

Excellent service. The staff are always correct and willing to help. Unfortunately I had to cancel a booking, but the refund system works perfectly.
