I booked the ticket for 1:57 pm from st Steven’s green to Dublin airport terminal 1 The bus gone before departure, I was waiting from 1:53 until 2:10 and the bus was not there that was absolutely disgusting, I had to take the taxi to get to airport on time.

Booked a ticket from Dublin to Belfast international airport with just enough time to catch my flight. I attempted to change to an earlier coach as I envisaged bad weather could mean delays but this was declined by customer service rep on phone. Got to Belfast city centre and bus driver discovered there’s no one to take over from her. She rang the office only to be informed that the driver to take over from her is running late due to being on a later bus which was delayed due to weather. She then told us there’ll be a delay of about an hour, worse still, she told us we needed to get off the bus and wait for the next bus to come. We pointed out to her that there’s no warm place to stay whilst waiting for the later bus as this was in the evening and the shops around were closed. We suggested staying on the bus whilst waiting would be safer than just being out on the streets but her response was she didn’t care as she needed to take the coach to their yard and go on her break. When we pointed out how it was insensitive for her to prioritise her break over customers’ safety, she became rude and unprofessional shouting and talking down on us stating it wasn’t her problem. We requested to talk to her supervisor in the office with the hopes of getting them to empathise with our plight of leaving us out in the cold unattended in a strange place but what we got was the shock of our lives when her boss told her to call the police on us to throw us off the coach. It was shocking to be threatened with the police just for asking that Air coach fulfill a contract between us. My contract of getting me from Dublin to Belfast airport clearly did not include being left out in the cold street for an hour or more. Had to find a Taxi to get me to the airport because it was not safe to stay out in the cold on the streets in a strange place at that time of the night. The taxi trip eventually cost me more than the cost of ticket from Dublin to Belfast. It would have been more cost effective for air coach to either; 1. Facilitate the driver to delay taking her break by just a few minutes to drop us off at the airport (which is just the next stop just less than 30 minutes away) and be compensated for the few minutes extra time. Or… 2. Facilitate a taxi or alternative arrangement to drop us off at the airport rather than throw us off the bus into the cold and threatening us with the police like we had committed a crime. Well, maybe it was a crime choosing Air coach. But I guess they didn’t care much about customers’ safety and experience, that much was communicated to us by the driver who minced no words in letting us know that her break takes priority over our safety and experience. So, very terrible service and the worst experience of my life and this is significant giving that I have experienced some really bad transport services growing up in Nigeria.

I wanted to get the 702 from Dublin airport to Dun Laoghaire. The timetable on your website incorrectly shows a bus departure at 15:55. There are 2 issues: 1. I purchased a ticket at 15:41. At just after 16:00 we were told that the bus timetable was for a 16:25 departure. 2. I asked for a refund so that I could get a taxi instead as I was under pressure to be home. I was told the transaction was no longer available on the system so that a refund was not possible. Unacceptable on both counts.

I booked my ticket for Terminal 1 instead of Terminal 2 at the Dublin airport and there is no way to change it. I was told I can try and use it at the other terminal and the driver might let me on, but they might not so now I am stuck buying my ticket a second time.

Just travelled on Aircoach today from Cork to Dublin. The service was first-class, as usual. Apart from the coach being very comfortable, on time etc what makes it for us is the quality of your staff. The female organiser in Cork is wonderful, kind, helpful and obviously loving her job.

Requested a change of booking as the plane I was due to take in Melbourne caught fire on take off. Aircoach say they are unable to do so as I did not book a flexi ticket. I think a bit of compassion and flexibility would have been nice due to the extenuating circumstances.

The aircoach service has not been fit for purpose since the new "improved" timetable was added. This is the forth time my wife and I had to take a taxi instead of using this service due to cancelled/no show busses or wrongfully displayed travel times on the website.

The Aircoach left before 0855 The weather was horrendous I had booked and paid flexifare They would not reschedule me on the next service In no way helpful or considerate Will not use again

I contacted customer service to get a refund because the 2pm aircoach from Cork to Dublin was late. At 230pm I took an alternative bus service. I got my refund agreed, and found customer service excellent: professional courteous and positively responsive to feedback, taking action to remedy the situation. Thank you Abisola whom I spoke to, and Sophie who sent email confirmation of refund due. Well done aircoach, I will use your service again.

Was travelling to visit my sick sister in UK on Sat 7th (to be with her during treatment on Sunday morning) December and had booked Aircoach from Derry to Belfast International. This bus did not turn up. I phoned the number on the poster at the bus station but was only Mon to Fri for response. No email received and on reviewing on line forums there was no indication of the service being cancelled. I subsequently missed my flight. I then contacted Aircoach for response and no reason for no bus service was given. They apologized and reimbursed me the bus fare. I incurred the the cost of the flight and Aircoach were not prepared to compensate me for this cost incurred as a consequence of their failed service. Aircoarch prompted me to seek flight compensation from either the flight carrier or my insurance. Overall poor service, lack of communication and apathy to the situation.

I booked a ticket in advance but due to the bad weather I can’t travel anymore. I contact you online to ask for a refund but you just told me all the online booking is non-refundable. Not reasonable at all!

Cork to Dublin airport. Bus never came, no notification nor alternative bus provided. I almost missed my flight like other 50 passengers waiting for this service to arrive.

I arrived on 4th January 2024 at 7:30am to Dublin airport Terminal 1 after a 17-hr flight, and the Aircoach staff at the desk was very rude. I asked him about the stop to Belfast and rather saying it is the last stand, he started complaining how people does not read signs. Very unprofessional and unhelpful. If he does not want of do his job and help people, he should not be be there!

It is a joke that the aircoach does not stop anywhere between cork and dublin airport. There are other persons living in Ireland who may want to use it.
