“I had made a bit of a mess of booking two seats from Cork to Dublin, return and thanks to the intervention of one of Aircoach's workers it was all sorted out for me. Very grateful to get the chance to have my mistake rectified. Not many businesses show this type of customer service!”

“App is not working. Wont let me see my points or buy a return ticket. Says 'There was an error, please check your connection and try again'. This happens on different phone, under different connections. Please fix this as I would like to use my points.”

“I recently travelled from Dublin Airport to Cork city. An eastern European driver was very aggressive on arrival in Cork because I didn't immediately remove my bike from the luggage bay. I had been waiting for the other passengers to remove their luggage on top of mine,i was tired after 24 hours travel and suffer from back problems. He bullying tried to dress me in front of the other passengers claiming it was a simple job. I had willingly paid for my bike on board tho it was an unexpected extra cost & this is the treatment I received. In future I will go with City link.”

“Given the red weather warning tomorrow, I can't get my 14 year old son (adult in your eyes!?!?!) to picj up his bus but you won't let me cancel. We live an hour from Derry and would need to travel during the red warning but apparently that doesn't matter, because 'computer says no!'. Its also the first bus travelling so am guessing you'll be welcome of the seat after you canx the previous 3 or 4 buses but still, 'computer says no'. Shocking and shameful response, Aircoach, you should be ashamed!”

“On January 5, 2025, we awaited the 11:20 Aircoach to the airport at St Vincent’s Hospital Dublin 4. (The later bus wouldn’t allow sufficient time to check in luggage.) There was no indication on your web site or live feed that this bus would not arrive. In desperation, we eventually, after quite a wait, got a taxi to the airport. There was no obvious excuse -the weather was not inclement so why no bus? On entering the airport, I noted another bus stating ‘Bus Full’ with the number of that bus obliterated by the latter sign If one cannot rely on the Aircoach to get passengers to the airport on time for their flights, why is this poor service tolerated?”

“Bad experience is an understatement. The service offered by Aircoach is dreadful. On 23rd Jan 2025 the 11:05 service from Glasthule to the Airport was 40 minutes late. Holy God such delays on an airport service are unacceptable. A very regular occurrence!!! Beware all ye who hope to get a flight on time!!!”

“Trying to get a full refund for a flexi ticket that was booked for 05/01 from Dublin Airport to Cork because trip was cancelled by Aircoach in relation with the snow , they send me an email that they will refund only the price of the ticket (21 euro) and not the full price of (24 euro included flexi ) - please see below ,, Thank you for contacting Aircoach. I can confirm that add-ons are non refundable. Therefore, we can only refund the ticket fare. I do apologise for the inconvenience caused. ’’ Never travel again with Aircoach”

“Use this service regularly, but it has become very unreliable over the past year. I and several other passengers were left waiting for almost 1 hour at Dublin Airport T2, despite having a confirmed booking, as the coach was full when we attempted to board. called the customer service number and emailed a complaint and received no apology or explanation. Customer service shamefully tried to blame the crew on the ground.”

“15:47 Monday - Radisson towards town. Driver didn’t stop. He indicated out and moved into the middle lane well before reaching the stop and breezed on my. Totally unnecessary disregard for people trying to get to the airport.”

“Absolutely class act from the driver Martin. Second journey with him from Belfast to Dublin and both times he made sure everyone was comfortable and informed about the journey and coach itself. Definitely the nicest and best driver out all of my many journeys with air-coach.”

“Excellent service (11.10pm from Belfast to Dublin airport) this evening. I believe the driver was called Martin - incredibly professional, kept passengers updated with vital information, and showed incredible kindness and patience to some passengers that were experiencing difficulty upon disembarking. A credit to the company.”
