I have been using the Airport to Greystones and Leopardstown route for many years. All drivers have been exceptional. Steady, careful, professional, curtious. They are helpful, especially to overseas visitors who maybe unsure of their destination. This includes ground staff. Buses always clean and comfortable, Keep up the good work. šŸ‘

Got on the Aircoach at Clayton Leopardstown this afternoon (07/02/2025) and we couldn't have got a nicer bus driver named Ed. An absolute gentleman. Thanks Ed!! You went out of your way to help all of us and it’s very much appreciated.

I took the bus from Belfast International to Derry at 8:10 AM on 06/02/2025. I don’t normally write reviews, but in this case, I felt I had to. I want to express my sincere gratitude to the bus driver—his friendliness and customer service were truly outstanding. I didn’t catch his name, but it was fantastic to see how he interacted with all passengers, ensuring everyone felt welcome and looked after. He deserves to be commended for his exceptional service.

When I initially booked from Australia I realised I had made an error with the dates. I wrote back and Tamar was extremely helpful & respectful with my dilemma. He changed the date for me and reduced the anxiety that I had encountered. Thank you Aircoach for having great understanding staff. Huge thanks to Tamar for your kindness & help.

I didn’t realize when I booked my Aircoach tickets with my flight the time was determined for me. This did not correlate with the time I needed so I emailed and Katy was able to change the time for me. Thankfully I noticed right away and emailed the same day they were booked. Katy was helpful, professional and responded quickly.

I had an inquiry about a refund and Sanaz was extremely quick to respond and help. Their customer service is incredible! I always use this service when I travel home to Ireland from Canada and have never been disappointed!

Cancelled service with no explanation. Refund of less than half return ticket price advised despite cost of alternative bus being another €16

Twice this year -already- our family has been let down by aircoach due to timetable coaches not turning up as per schedule. This includes my son who pre bought a ticket but the coach didn’t turn up. It is insufficient to just apologise as it causes considerable inconvenience and aggravation to customers. In my son’s case he had to get a taxi at significant cost and I had to be driven, at short notice to the airport by a family member. The service is very bad - it used to be a reliable service - but no more. I could not recommend aircoach to anyone.

I waited at the stop in bray. 5.03am. The bus did not stop which has resulted. In me getting a taxi costing 87 euros when I had a ticket for that bus

The 702 bus from Airport at 21:55 tonight was cancelled. Staff at the airport ticket sakes desk offered no explanation. Do Aircoach management understand how disruptive and stressful this can be for travellers, especially at night? What use is a bus service that cannot be relied on to get you home?

Monday last week I made a booking with Aircoach for the 701 Bus on Thursday morning 7.40am to Greystones School House Ballbridge stop. I had an early flight back on Thursday morning from Manchester which arrived at 7am. I had to be at work at 9 am. When I arrived at the Terminal 1 Aercoach pick up, they told me that the bus was cancelled. No further explanation just ''wait an half an hour''. This was a very disappointing experience. They will give me my money back, that's the least they could do.

The 14:00 route 700 to the airport didn't come. I waited at ucd and eventually realised by looking at the real time tracker that aircoach decided to skip that one and only run the 13:30 and the 14:30. Had to take an expensive taxi instead. Totally unreliable service. It used to be good which is a pity.

Booked an Airport trip online on the 11am 702 from Greystones. Aircoach then cancelled the bus a day later. It sent an email that did not say cancellation or important notice in the subject line. The email looked like a receipt so I did not take notice of it. Bottom line, is that I wasted over 1 hour waiting for a bus that never came. It took two 5 minute calls to find out why I was waiting. This service was good. It is now totally unreliable. No coach tracking facility. Awful communications.

Coach was cancelled and I was advised to ctc for refund . despite 2 emails , I received no response or refund. Had to phone Aircoach myself . Exception to this bad service was Glenn who was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with .

Had a problem with a wrongly entered date I reported it and was sorted out and the ticket was updated by Keja and also received help from Kiki .. Great service and great team... many thanks šŸ‘ā­
