I used to be a massive fan of Aircoach but my recent journey made me question that. Myself and my boyfriend booked a journey from Cork to Dublin on January 23rd 2025. We had booked the Aircoach for 2pm departure for Dublin airport, our flight was in the evening and the bus arriving at around 5 in Dublin airport would've given us time to drop our bags, get through security and board our flight. At around 2pm the acting Aircoach supervisor in Cork announced the bus would be coming soon and to have our bags and tickets ready. At 2.30pm there was no sign of the bus and people began to speculate the bus was cancelled and started panicking to get on the city link bus that was meant to leave at 2.15 The acting supervisor did nothing to calm or explain the situation and instead led us to believe the bus was still coming At almost 2.45pm the supervisor announced the bus was cancelled, with the next bus not departing until 4pm, this would’ve been too late for our flight and me and my partner had no choice but to travel 30 minutes by train back to Midleton and to drive up to Dublin. Due to this change in travel plan we were forced to pay for fuel, tolls and parking to reach Dublin just about on time for our flight, and on top of this stress Dublin airport parking was completely full and we had to park far away and get taxis to and from the airport. We along with the other passengers on the Aircoach were disgusted by how we were treated and led to believe the bus was still coming. After all this I emailed Aircoach about the matter and received no response, we are students and this situation put a financial strain on us after we had spent months saving for a holiday. We were completely disappointed by this stressful situation and would be cautious booking in the future.

The Aircoach sign at the stop on Burlington road Dublin is very dirty with green moss. It looks terrible

terrible generic response did not answer simple direct query at all about service to clarify if it will be still running in 2 weeks time so customers can make alternative arrangements if necessary

John and the ladies at your office at the airport in Dublin were fantastic. They help me around 2.30 today to retrieve my bag. Can’t praise them enough.

I was travelling on the 11am bus from Cork to Dublin on 14th Feb and I have to compliment the driver on his professionalism and managing a difficult situation as the bus broke down and he had to source another bus and also liase with and reassure passengers. He could not have been more professional and dealt with the entire situation competently, while remaining personable and empathetic to persons time sensitive destinations. I was very impressed by how he handled the whole situation so well.

Hi, I took Aircoach bus number 701 today at 12.57. The driver was attentive to all the passengers and ensured they got off at their correct stop. Often, I find myself as a tourist in other countries, and it is so reassuring to observe a bus driver helping another tourist visiting our country arrive at their correct destination.

Rude, stressful staff. Not interested in customer service,or dealing with the customer in a helpful manner. Unwilling to allow a customer to ask a simple question. This man should not be allowed to interface with the public I am horrified at my treatment.

Faire très attention aux bagages en soute, les chauffeurs ne ferment pas immédiatement, et des personnes peuvent voler les bagages avant le départ du bus. Cela m'est arrivé,et la société aircoach ne veut pas visionner les images prises par la caméra du bus sans une demande de la police française, mais c'est impossible, la police ne peut rien demander en Irlande, c'est un bon moyen de ne pas reconnaître leurs défaillances.et de ne pas indemnisé.donc bien garder sa valise dans le bus même si le chauffeur n' est pas d'accord.

i was not offered pick up at drumahoe bus park when i booked online and only realised when i checked timetable that it was an option after i had already booked

Booked a day return during the red weather warning. Got email to say I be refunded in a few days and not to email. 3 weeks later, had to email. Told only get half my ticket refunded. As it was only part affected by warning. What a joke. Nothing in email to state this outcome or in T&C.

Not satisfied at all. I was given false information about bus timings by one of the Aircoach staff at a Dublin Airport kiosk. Another staff member who replaced the first one was extremely rude to me. I was sick for 3 weeks and travelling for 2 days and still had to stand out in the cold for an hour waiting for a bus that I was told would be arriving in 10 minutes. It was actually going to be a 2-hour wait for the bus in total. The ticket was already purchased and no other route worked for me. I then had to take a taxi that coated me 4x more. So I not only lost the money I spent on the Aircoach ticket but also then had to spend so much more for the taxi. The response I got from customer service is that they can't refund me. How am I supposed to feel about any of this? Ridiculous service, very unhappy.

I had booked a ticket online for the Aircoach 705X from Belfast to Dublin Airport Terminal 1 departing at 9.10am on the morning of Monday 10 February, 2025. Upon arrival, the other passengers and I quickly discovered that there were not enough seats on the coach to accommodate everyone with a ticket. Therefore, I was forced to purchase another ticket with another bus company (Dublin Express) in order to arrive at the airport on time for my flight.
