“My wife and I arrived at Dublin Airport at 00.20hrs and faced a three-hour wait until our next Aircoach. However John (Duty Manager) and Sean (driver) came to our assistance brilliantly. Their exceptional help got us on our way a lot sooner. We are SO grateful to them both for their kindness to us. Aircoach should be proud of them! Brilliant!!!”

“The 702 that was due to run from Monkstown to the airport on 28th February did not show up. 7 people were waiting at the stop witness no notification that the service had been cancelled. There is not even information on how to claim a refund for our tickets.”

“I waited at the Raddison stop today from 17.10 to 17.50. 2 busses did not show up. I had to get a taxi. This is disgraceful! Why do you have a schedule at all”

“They fool the customers saying they provide wifi! Wifi was given for 15 minutes and then nothing through out the journey of 3 hours. Customer service is a sham....Missed my important meeting.”

“I think it’s appalling that this service was able to cancel the my selected service not even 24 hours before hand. No alternative route was suggested. And the fact that I was not automatically given a refund- that I’ve had to apply for one is terrible service.”

“6.40am bus cancelled by email sent at 2.48am. Not good enough. Your services have reduced and now you’re not even meeting the smaller schedule. I’ll be looking for another option for travel to the airport”

“I traveled from Dublin Airport on 26/02/25 on the 05:20 service to Derry. Martin was our driver. He was professional punctual and polite. His announcements to the passengers informing of the facilities and safety procedures ie seatbelts to be worn were stand alone the best I have experienced. His lovely nature was a gift so early on a winter morning. Stand out employee. Thank you”

“The 23hs bus from Cork to the airport never showed up. 20 people stood up on a rainy and cold day. Bus driver dropping people from Dublin told us to wait until 1 or 2 am. Do not book with this company, use City link instead!”
