The bus I was booked for at 1.15pm leaving the Clayton Hotel in Leopardstown. Never turned up. As a result I won’t get to the airport in time and I may miss my flight.. very bad service .

I had a bad experience with Aircoach, having booked a seat on the 11pm Cork to Dublin Airport route over last few weeks. The Aircoach never arrived, leaving around over 20 passengers stranded on a wet and windy night. We were informed by another bus driver who said that the 11pm service was cancelled a few days ago, passengers would have received an email. None of passengers stranded got an email confirming cancellation. We were informed by the other driver that we could get the 1am bus or the 2am bus if the 1am was full. I was lucky enough that I had plenty of time to source another option. Others hadn't that option. Not sure I could rely on Aircoach again. I contacted Aircoach to arrange to get a refund, this is currently being processed.

All routes near me have been removed as of this week. The only way to get to the airport now is by taxi. So frustrating.

I asked a question about reservations if there is a flight delay and had a response within a few hours. Very good customer service.

The coaches are comfortable and fast and the fare is reasonable, but it is astonishing that there are just two stops north of the river (Drumcondra and O'Connell Street) - for example, there should surely be one on Dorset Street beside the Mater Hospital on Eccles street. There is a large population of permanent residents as well as dedicated student housing in the local area including Phibsborough/Broadstone as well as all the nurses and doctors in Temple Street Hospital and the Mater, one of Ireland's busiest hospitals. The current set up means taking the Aircoach for locals involves the coach passing through the place we need to disembark but can't, and then going all the way into the city and then back out again. Please can you add just one stop at the Dorset street/Eccles street junction? It would be extremely helpful for the more than over 4,220 staff of the Mater as well as the sizeable local population.

Found out this morning that the 702 10 am Aircoach got cancelled from Dalkey... 8 people waiting, no one was notified. I called customer service at 10.15 because my parents were still waiting at the bus stop. When is Aircoach going to provide notifications to the people who have booked? Customers deserve clear communication, including the reason why it got cancelled.

The routes are simply getting worse by the alteration. Anyone could have told you that the Greystones route, about a year old , was ridiculously long meandering through shankill, Killiney and Dalkey. Now the new route from Dalkey doesn’t go through the tunnel making it unnecessarily long. Furthermore, there is no bus along the N11 anymore. You’re losing money because people are voting with their feet. Marketing department clearly out of touch and a section where savings could be made.

I hired the service through Ryanair (big mistake) and they made my reservation wrong, so after many back and forth, the Aircoach customer service team was very efficient and friendly, they finally managed to resolve all my doubts and requests. Ultimately, they supported me with a full refund because the airline's service I had contracted was poorly done and was not what I needed.

The timetable on line needs to be updated. Since buses on the 700 route are not as frequent please update the timetable online so that flights aren’t missed

Shambolic service. Routes and prices both terrible. You can fly to the UK for cheaper and in less time than taking an aircoach to south county Dublin.

I am furious with aircoach as I booked my bus journey from Dalkey to Dublin Airport at 8am for a 10.45 flight. At 5am this morning the day of the trip I received a no reply email which went into junk to inform me the bus has been cancelled. Offering a 7am or 9am bus instead. No customer service operating until 9am. It so important to have trusted bus service for the airport. I am reliant on this bus. Very disappointed!

Disappointing Experience I had a very disappointing experience with Aircoach due to a service failure that left me stranded. I had booked a ticket in advance for a journey, but when I arrived at Dublin Airport, the bus did not operate as expected, leaving me with no option but to take a taxi to Belfast Airport to make my flight. An Aircoach employee at Dublin Airport assured me that my taxi fare would be refunded and even helped me find a driver. However, after contacting customer service, they refused to reimburse the cost, despite the clear promise made by their staff. If I had known this in advance, I would have looked for more affordable alternatives. While they refunded my bus ticket, I find it unacceptable that they would not cover the additional expense caused by their failure to provide the service I paid for. The lack of accountability and inconsistency in their communication is frustrating. I will now be filing complaints with the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) and the National Transport Authority (NTA) to escalate this issue. I believe passengers deserve better transparency and accountability from Aircoach. I would advise future passengers to be cautious and not rely on verbal assurances from staff, as the company may not honor them.

My wife and I arrived at Dublin Airport at 00.20hrs and faced a three-hour wait until our next Aircoach. However John (Duty Manager) and Sean (driver) came to our assistance brilliantly. Their exceptional help got us on our way a lot sooner. We are SO grateful to them both for their kindness to us. Aircoach should be proud of them! Brilliant!!!
