Such an appalling service. Last bus to Bray used to be at 8 o'clock which was ridiculous enough, but now the service has been stopped completely!! Quite unbelievable that this is apparently one of the wealthiest counties in Europe with a population that are basically dependent upon the airport for travel abroad and this is the situation to get from a highly densely populated suburb of the capital city to the airport. A taxi to the airport costs me well above what I would be paying to travel to another european city and this appallingly limited bus transport 'service' (which does not service my area or anywhere in the vicinity of it) is the only alternative. They have us by the balls

Awful service, never showed up on my airport route, ended up having to pay 50 euro taxi, and ultimately missed my flight.

I had a very disappointing experience with Aircoach’s customer service at Dublin airport. The staff member was extremely rude and shouted at myself and my elderly relatives over a minor delay. Despite our ticket clearly stating our baggage allowance, she insisted on charging extra and continued to shout at us and misbehaving to a customer with unacceptable attitude. When I asked for her name or ID to escalate the issue, no one provided it, which was very frustrating. I want to highlight that it’s not about the money, but the way we were treated. We were running with luggage, and my relatives, who are over 70, were extremely tired. While the driver was very helpful and supportive, the staff member’s behavior was unacceptable. I hope Aircoach can address this issue as after today experience i would never try aircoach again and would really not recommending this to any friend.

The times I've taken the aircoach I have to say very well. What doesn't add up to me is that the last one is at 11 p.m. There are many flights that arrive later... and leave you lying there... or you have to take a taxi (it's very expensive) or you have to take the normal bus (if you don't live downtown it's a long time...)

On a recent trip to the US, we messed up our Aircoach booking. I would like to say a special thank you to Charles at Dublin Airport who sorted us out with no fuss or drama. He was so efficient and the most wonderful Ambassador for the company. Thank you Charles. The driver who was also excellent and helpful, gave us Charles's name so we would know who to mention in our gratitude.

Waited for a pre-booked coach to the airport that never arrived. No communication whatsoever about the cancelled service from Aircoach (despite having booked in advance). About a dozen people stranded at the stop, including two people in wheelchairs. There’s no excuse for not informing customers. Poor service and no refunds either.

They're always my go to transport service everytime I'm travelling. As a frequent flyer, Aircoach is a massive help.

The 702 due at 10.42 on 4th March at Clayton Ballsbridge didn’t turn up. I tried to track it on line but there was no service available. Just not acceptable

Why do you always do this? Travel regularly for work for years now and you changed the route (again) of the 702 so it takes almost 1.5 hours to get to airport from Dun Laoghaire. It’s now a milk run again. Awful.

Aircoach used to provide a good service from Cork to Dublin airport, but in recent times it is getting a reputation for being un reliable. I don't know if this is down to first bus taking over or just bad management!! On tues I decided to travel, against advice from a former driver , with aircoach on the 4pm cork to dublin service. Come 4pm true to form NO AIRCOACH and no notification to any of the many passengers waiting. If we had notification we could have made alternative arrangements to travel on the 2 citylink coaches that turned up for their passengers on time. We had to get the later 5pm aircoach which obviously caused disruption to plans already made for many!! This apparently is the normal for aircoach now!! So moral of the story, TRAVEL WITH CITYLINK!!! Ps. When a refund was requested for the cancelled service as a gesture of good will for the inconvenience caused it was refused because we had got the later coach!! So even customer service isn't up to much!

The aircoach I booked and paid for never turned up. There were 7 of us waiting and no one had been notified of the cancellation. This was very stressful for all. I can no longer rely on the aircoach, a poor service. This is very disappointing as taxis are so expensive to the airport. I don’t understand why we weren’t notified as you have all our contact details. Trish
