I’d just like to compliment the driver on the 702 service this morning 26th March from Booterstown to Dublin airport, he was so pleasant and helpful and at such an early hour at 04.10 ! Thank you, Aircoach is a fantastic service.

Aircoach pre booked journey was cancelled at 23.15 the night before travel. I had to make very late alternative arrangements. I had to apply for a refund, this was handled efficiently. I would use Aircoach again as this was my only bad experience in many uses of the Aircoach service.

I'm finding it impossible to book tickets on your website. And when I rang your office looking for assistance I got none. It appears you can't accept bookings over the phone now!!. What a " service ".🙄

I booked the Aircoach while waiting at Gatwick Airport expecting to arrive in Belfast at about 5.50pm so I decided to book a ticket on the 6.10pm coach from Belfast Airport to Derry. I had heard a rumour that the flight might be delayed so I decided to fork out an extra £3 for the "flexi" option. When my flight was delayed I tried to alter my ticket to the 8.10pm service but I was charged an extra £2. What the heck was the "flexi" all about? Then I tried to hand over my QR code on the bus but the driver, in quite an unfriendly manner, insisted on seeing the time on my ticket. The QR code was never used. When I left the bus in Derry I said "thank you" to the driver and he just grunted and looked the other way. What happened to the friendly staff I had heard so much about?

I had a really frustrating experience with a driver. After I submitted a ticket, I got back a completely generic response, which felt pretty impersonal. Honestly, I was just hoping for a bit more understanding and a more human approach from both the driver and customer support.

I am in my 70s and found it very difficult to get on the coach as it is too high off the ground. It was embarrassing as another passenger had to assist me. Also the coach stopped at Terminal 2 and I had to walk to T1. Also I did not find the driver helpful. It is useless if you have a mobility issue but don’t use a wheelchair.

Only providing 1 star as there is no space for 0 stars. Issued me the wrong ticket online. Wouldn't refund amend to the correct times I had booked for. Said they would issue a refund if I bought a second ticket instead! There are plenty of operators offering this service - just don't use Aircoach!!

At the moment I am waiting with around 30 people at Terminal 1. We were all denied boarding on #700 because we had return tickets booked for later bus. The bus departed almost empty, but the driver wouldn't let us on. Apparently, we should have got the flexi fare. How was I going to change my return time half the way through my flight was not explained.

I have taken the Aircoach multiple times since living in Dublin and I have had zero issues until today, March 23. I booked a return ticket for Sunday, March 22 at around 11:30 pm and I accidentally got the date wrong when I booked the ticket and I was talking to the drive and he was extremely rude and unhelpful. In addition, I booked another ticket for the bus an hour later and the wrong time was selected. I spoke to the attendant who was working that night and she was great and super helpful, explaining it it should not be a big deal and I would get on the bus given that it was 1 am. I got to the bus ready to explain what happened and I was greeted with the driver being extremely rude to not only me but others who accidentally made this mistake as well. I understand the policies in place, however that does not give drivers who willingly chose this job to be rude to customers. I hope you guys tell them and do better.

Had an issue regarding a double overcharge because of a failed ticket confirmation on the Aircoach App Followed the instructions and filled in the online request form and had an acknowledgment within 12 hours, a lovely response from a chap called Jamie and a full no quibble refund within 4 days Can’t ask for better customer service than that. The return journey from Cork to Dublin was on time and the drivers were helpful and friendly I took away one star because on this occasion I used the toilet and it was a bit grim - no soap or loo paper and I won’t be doing that again

I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. They sold me the wrong ticket and refused to refund me, which is absolutely ridiculous. Not only was I stuck with a ticket I didn’t need, but their customer service was absolutely unhelpful and dismissive. I regret choosing Aircoach and will NEVER use them again. If you're looking for a hassle-free travel experience, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Absolutely appalling communication! I was due to go to Chicago on St Patrick's Day with work. I am cabin crew and booked my bus online from Upper Queen St, Belfast to Dublin Airport. I arrived 30mins prior to leaving. When it was time to get on the bus, there was no bus! An employee then proceeded to tell those waiting at Upper Queen St it was now to leave from the bus station which was 10min away. This was not advertised on the ticket! I had 2 bags and was wearing heels only to be informed I had to do a 10min walk to catch a bus! As a result I and the others waiting all missed the bus. After complaining, Aircoach give no email, no apology, nothing! I missed my flight. I didn't get compensation and lost out on getting paid. I then had to pay another bus (Translink) to take me to Dublin airport! I and others were extremely disappointed and totally disgusted at the response of the company. This company is unreliable and I will not be using this service in the future and will be telling as many people as I can not to be booking or depending on this service. They have extremely bad customer service and duty of care. Lynsey Graham

When it runs, it’s fine. However, if it doesn’t run, despite taking your contact details, they don’t contact you. Given that this is a service specifically designed to service air passengers, it isn’t good enough to leave people stranded. When I complained I got neither an apology nor a refund
