“I am a foreigner and senior citizen who misunderstood the schedule and made an error in my ticket purchase. The customer service department promptly responded to my request and was able to change my reservation with a small fee added. I would gladly use Air Coach again. They set an example for others to follow.”

“Booked a service from Belfast to Dublin Airport. The driver did not show up. The driver who left our coach said we would be reimbursed for alternative transport. This was 3am and the only way we could get to Dublin Airport on time for our flight (we had already waited a significant amount of time for the driver) was you get a taxi. Aircoach have just said they do not refund taxi fares. So I am now £200 out of pocket for their error....I'll never book with them again”

“Bus left early. I was at the platform before departure time but saw the bus driving away as I was on the escalator. Very disappointing when the next one is 2 hours away.”

“The ticket I initially purchased did not get scanned in your machine which led be to buy another ticket. I didn’t select the flexi option bcoz I knew I was not gonna cancel the ticket. The mishap happened from your end and you still refuse to refund me which is simply appalling to say the least. If you can’t return ppl the extra money you are taking from them atleast fix your system so that we don’t land in a situation where I have to buy another one bcoz your stupid system phone scan the first one. I am no longer travelling with air coach after this treatment. It’s sad you are willing to lose customers rather than fix your mistakes”

“The bus never arrived. I arrived to the stop in Dún Laoghaire with other passengers (around 10 people) 20 minutes earlier, and waited 30 minutes passed the time the bus was supposed to arrive. We couldn't track the bus with the app, and couldn't reach the company by phone (the phone number doesn't exist). After 30 minutes, some people called a taxi, I took the DART to the city center and then the Dublin express to the airport. It turned out to be the best option even if I had to run to catch my flight.”

“I tried to change my ticket from 7:15 am to 6:30 am the same day and was told NO. I have given then one month notice and cannot believe this would be that much of a problem for them to change. I assume that they do not care very much for their customers. They could care less if you use their transportation or not!!!”

“Bonjour le problème a été de modifier une réservation erronée et de se comprendre avec l'opérateur : il a fallu 3 échanges de mails pour obtenir l'horaire et le sens de circulation corrects de Dublin Aéroport jusqu"à Dublin Centre. On y est arrivé mais ce fut laborieux !”

“Excellent service from Aircoach. I had booked flexible tickets from Belfast to Dublin airport but then had to cancel the journey due to significant change in time by the flight operator. I was able to get a refund after booking tickets for a journey the following month. Pleased not to loose money. Easily done by email.”

“Aircoach pre booked journey was cancelled at 23.15 the night before travel. I had to make very late alternative arrangements. I had to apply for a refund, this was handled efficiently. I would use Aircoach again as this was my only bad experience in many uses of the Aircoach service.”

“I booked the Aircoach while waiting at Gatwick Airport expecting to arrive in Belfast at about 5.50pm so I decided to book a ticket on the 6.10pm coach from Belfast Airport to Derry. I had heard a rumour that the flight might be delayed so I decided to fork out an extra £3 for the "flexi" option. When my flight was delayed I tried to alter my ticket to the 8.10pm service but I was charged an extra £2. What the heck was the "flexi" all about? Then I tried to hand over my QR code on the bus but the driver, in quite an unfriendly manner, insisted on seeing the time on my ticket. The QR code was never used. When I left the bus in Derry I said "thank you" to the driver and he just grunted and looked the other way. What happened to the friendly staff I had heard so much about?”
