I took the 02:25 Route 700 service from Dublin Airport this morning. As I was preparing to show my over 65 free travel pass, I saw that driver was preparing a normal ticket. I showed my free pass and he goes" I don't know this card, you have to pay". And he made a nonsense remark that it is valid only in the Northern Ireland. Even though I said it is a valid card a nd he should accept it, he insisef that I should pay. He was ignorant, rude and obnoxious. As it was cold and rainy I had to pay 14 EUR. I request that this amount should be refunded to me immediately. I use your company's busses for a long time but this time I am really disappointed in your company. I can't understand how you can employ this kind of useless people. 16.04.2025

i’d vote zero stars if i could!! they took my money and never gave me a ticket, i called customer service and they were not only useless but rude as well. it’s been 2 days, they still haven’t sent me a new ticket and they refuse to refund me.i would not recommend you travel with aircoach!!

J'ai pris mon ticket en même temps que mon vol Ryanair. Etant pourtant très attentif aux horaires, ça s'est quand même mal passé. J'ai reçu une confirmation du départ du bus 6 heures avant que mon avion n'arrive à Dublin. J'ai demandé pour changer l'horaire. On me l'a refusé car je n'avais pas pris un ticket adéquat. Je n'en peux plus de ces techniques commerciales catastrophiques où tout est fait pour induire en erreur et après refuser une modification qui n'engage à rien. C'est nul!

Unclear as to where their bus stops actually are located eg Merrion square North, Pearse street. Ended up using an alternate coach service

I use the airciach 3 times per week and their services are so unreliable. Today I was meant to be getting on the 0513 bus from lesson street bridge and when I was crossing the road literally across from the bus stop the bus drove by, there was no one at the stop, but this was at 0505, 8 min prior to the departure time. Other passengers arrived on time and told them the bus was already gone, their comments were the same, very unreliable service. Same happens returning into Dublin, always late or last minute cancellations. Disappointing!

Aircoach is a joke. 25 minutes late, no updates, no apology. Completely unreliable—avoid at all costs if you value your time.

Sitting on the bus now from Dublin airport to Belfast. Rude passengers playing music and video without headphones. Several pax asked one man to turn down music and he refused. No monitor, nothing to be done for 2 hours. Maybe the company could post noise pollution reminders at very least. Very uncomfortable ride with someone’s vulgar music and lyrics blaring from the seat behind me in my ears the whole time.

Aircoach was my only mode of transport from Cherrywood to the Airport at midnights. As a frequent traveller, I'm affected greatly by Aircoach decision to void the Cherrywood stop. I am concerned for my safety as I have to walk long distances in the middle of the night. As there are quite a few people who have expressed the same, I request you to please bring back the CHerrywood stop as there's a residential community that travels quite a bit.

My friend was traveling from cork with the same company and the bus was delayed due to traffic. She already had a ticket to Belfast and they were literally 1 minute away from the bus stop when I asked the driver if he could wait for 1 minute he simply said “no I’m leaving”. I find this unacceptable

Everything would be ok, but WHY WHY there is not nite service Dublin airport to Cork anymore? My plane arrived 1 .30 am ( on time) and there is nothing you can do.. then you will have bus leaving every hour and 10 people sitting in it ..

I had booked on the 01:20 service from Dublin T2 to the Clayton hotel. I and a few others turned up for the service but it did not arrive. We then had to wait until 02:20 for the next service. It was 2 degrees and as you can see early in the morning. I had to drive to Cork from the Clayton hotel so I did not get home until 6 am after arriving into T2 at midnight. I queried tis with Aircoach to be told that the 13:20 service did run. I correct them on the time and they informed me that from their tracking system they could tell the 01:20 service did also run. I contradicted this and they investigated this to establish the service did run fromT1 but the driver decided not to bother going to T2. If this is the service provided I would suggest you should never use this company and I certainly will never use them again even though I have used it for years. There are better alternatives. Just not going to a stop and then arguing that you did is no way to run a service. I would give a zero if it was an option

I’ve been meaning to write this for over a month, excellent service from Drivers Kiaran and Brian if I remember names correctly. I realised 20 mins out of Derry that I had my husbands car keys, the drivers made sure I got to exchange them with bus going to Derry and my husband was able to meet bus and get keys. Crisis averted. Brilliant service and also brilliant personalities. Thank you
