“On Apr.18th a booking was erroneously made on a return ticket line 700 instead of 702, from Dublin Airport to City Center. The tickets were for the days of May 16th and 21st. I notified immediately about the error and asked for the rectification and procedure how to do it. The reply was totally negative!!! I believe that refusing the rectification after an immediate notification, with about 20 days for the correction, is simply ludicrous to say the least… Of course I will not go on the bus and my money are lost instead of changed to the other line departing from the same location…”

“We ordered tickets via the Ryanair website and were given totally random times that wasn’t any use whatsoever and no refund available. Absolutely useless and wouldn’t recommend.”

“My experience with Aircoach was really bad, as I had recently gone on a trip with a group of six, for which we had booked our seats way in advance. In the Bus, the driver noticed that there was one seat too little for my friend because of a mistake he had made earlier. Instead of apologizing or trying to find a solution, he wanted to usher her out of the door and make her take the bus an hour later, because he "really has to leave at 10" (us too, btw). Of course, everyone makes mistakes, but the attitude that was shown towards us was not acceptable. Therefore, I will also tell others not to travel with Aircoach, as they seem unrealiable and unhospitable.”

“Me and my friends took an aircoach bus to go from Dublin to Cork. The 6 of us had book in advance, unfortunately a mistake had been made and a seat was missing for one of my friends. Instead of offering a solution or a refund the bus driver was really rude and ask her to leave because he was in a rush and had to go. It was his mistake but didn't do anything to fix it and rush us to the door and told us to take the next bus. Next time fix the solution or offer a refund because we had booked our seats...”

“Staff are great. Consistency of travel experience varies wildly. It’s a stuffy and rainy day. Bus has no working ventilation. Driver has to periodically stop to clear condensation with a cloth. Not fair on him or us. Also you need noise pollution notices. All audio should be headphones only. What is wrong with people.”

“Bought a ticket at Dublin Airport T2 to city. The next three busses were full. After waiting over an hour I was not able to get on a bus. Was refused a refund at the airport kiosk and later by Aircoach customer service. Terrible company.”

“I took the 02:25 Route 700 service from Dublin Airport this morning. As I was preparing to show my over 65 free travel pass, I saw that driver was preparing a normal ticket. I showed my free pass and he goes" I don't know this card, you have to pay". And he made a nonsense remark that it is valid only in the Northern Ireland. Even though I said it is a valid card a nd he should accept it, he insisef that I should pay. He was ignorant, rude and obnoxious. As it was cold and rainy I had to pay 14 EUR. I request that this amount should be refunded to me immediately. I use your company's busses for a long time but this time I am really disappointed in your company. I can't understand how you can employ this kind of useless people. 16.04.2025”

“i’d vote zero stars if i could!! they took my money and never gave me a ticket, i called customer service and they were not only useless but rude as well. it’s been 2 days, they still haven’t sent me a new ticket and they refuse to refund me.i would not recommend you travel with aircoach!!”

“J'ai pris mon ticket en même temps que mon vol Ryanair. Etant pourtant très attentif aux horaires, ça s'est quand même mal passé. J'ai reçu une confirmation du départ du bus 6 heures avant que mon avion n'arrive à Dublin. J'ai demandé pour changer l'horaire. On me l'a refusé car je n'avais pas pris un ticket adéquat. Je n'en peux plus de ces techniques commerciales catastrophiques où tout est fait pour induire en erreur et après refuser une modification qui n'engage à rien. C'est nul!”
