Ryanair booked me the wrong direction of the bus, which do not make sense with my flight. No help from Aircoach.

Very stressful - made a booking ( Thurs) paid my money - but received no ticket! The 'booking confirmed' notification stated this was not a ticket and that a ticket must be presented for travel! Contacted admin twice to request my ticket ( email) before my 0655 service Sun am to Belfast International - no response....Fortunately the driver accepted the booking reference details I presented and so I was able to travel. Got a reply eventually, after my journey noting that I had travelled - great!!

8am from St Stephens Green was a no-show! Group waiting gave up after 15 minutes and had to pay for alternative transport.

Liam Moy is a very helpful friendly driver. I witnessed him help several passengers on my journey. I travelled from Dublin to Derry Foyleside on Saturday 03/05/2025 on the 17:20 bus. Liam took over in Belfast City. Polite and knowledgeable. Staff like Liam make the journey great

On the 5.30 service from Dalkey 3rd May. Despite the early hour and bleary eyed passengers the driver could not have been more friendly and polite. He is an asset to your company.

Dont think I'll be using this service again, the aircoach 700. The frequency is just not sufficient... it only comes every half hour ( it used to be every 15 minutes) and therefore is extremely busy taking on passengers. And this slows it up considerably. On the outbound route from the airport yesterday it was almost full by the time it got to terminal 2... and again because of this took forever to get across the city, dropping off passengers at different stops. It definitely needs to be more frequent to make the service more efficient. Even every 20 minutes would help.

I made a mistake with my booking and I want t amend it. I bought Flexibook. I couldn't find out how to do it from your website. I rang your Belfast office and spent a very long time on the phone with a member of your staff who couldn't manage to do it either. Please help;

10:38 from St Vincent’s to Airport didn’t arrive again this am. After 15 minutes had to take an alternative mode of transport - not the first time -totally unreliable service especially as only once an hour The live feed didn’t appear to be working correctly! One needs a reliable service - the stress of flying from Dublin airport is relying on Aircoach to get you there on time We’ve been taking your service over the years and it has deteriorated year on year -initially we got to airport from Strand Road in 20 minutes / now 702 from St Vincent’s hospital 50-70 minutes Air coach is no longer fit for purpose

In general it's a good service - but staff (at Dublin airport) knowledge of Leap card use needs to be improved. Also, there is an ongoing issue (18 months+) relating to acceptance of AIB Bank issued debit/credit cards. Emails to the company in recent month not answered - and their contact form doesn't cover this problem.

The bus driver was extremely rude. I paid for a return ticket from the airport and he didn’t accept my student card and made me pay for another ticket. I’m a student and can’t afford the adult ticket let alone having to pay for 2 tickets. You should allow students to be able to show student ID and not just a leap card. Who brings a leap card to the airport!!

Hi there…just wanted to say thank you to all the lovely helpful staff at Dublin airport @ 6pm on the 26th….my flight was delayed so I missed my bus at 5:30pm and the got me on the next bus…..your bus driver from Dublin to cork on the 6:30pm service was extremely helpful and friendly….so can you pass on my regards to all the team…

After booking an Aircoach from Dublin City Centre to the airport, a demonstration prevented any traffic going through the city, so we had to jump in a taxi instead. But after writing to Aircoach customer service through the App, they refunded me my money within a couple of days. So all good in the end. It would just be good if such planned demos would be communicated through the app in future in advance, to prevent the inconvenience in the first place.

Every morning in Drumcondra station the 8.10 bus leaves 10 minutes early and doesn’t wait for the passengers to arrive. If it’s 8.10 on the schedule it should wait until that time to depart. I complained about this previously and they keep doing it.
