“Bus driver was helpful and pleasant and drove at a good speed not to fast and not to slow, he left on time which was a good start to the day and got us down to Dublin on time as well also the bus was clean and tidy.”

“What an amazing service. On time, driver was happy, coaches were comfy, and had a very pleasant trip into Derry from Belfast International Airport. Will definitely use again if/when I return.”

“Travelled on the 700 route to Dublin airport this morning. I picked it up opp. The Talbot hotel Stillorgan and it was very punctual. It must be said that navigating the Aircoach timetable + route was an absolute nightmare. Shockingly, non customer-friendly.”

“RTE heading to the airport. The Aircoach driver never stopped at the bus stop despite knowing he had a pickup date booked Just kept on driving as the E1 or 39A were already at the bus stop blocking his space. Now I have to pay €50 to get a taxi. Not happy. Aircoach...... I want you to cover the cost of my taxi.”

“Definitely do not use this service - I waited for over an hour and then bus never came and was refused a refund even though I had to pay for an additional service. You can get local busses from the same stops (eg the 16) for only £2.60, and they are more frequent and more reliable”

“I made a mistake when booking on line and the customer care team were able to help me with a refund once I booked the correct tickets. Very helpful and happy with response”

“The service for which I booked a ticked got cancelled, but I received an email about this, letting me know about the cancellation in time, and that I could either use the ticket for a later service, or ask for a full refund. My refund request went through the same day.”
