“I purchased a ticket for 7:30pm on May 16. I stand in line and wait for the bus. Bus arrives, lets half the line in, and then says “sorry we are full you have to wait for the next one at 8:40”. A ticket purchased for 7:30 is a RESERVATION and you bastards are fleecing us with this policy of not guaranteeing seats. I had to buy a different shuttle to the city and want a refund.”

“Dear Aircoach Team, I wanted to share a wonderful experience we had on the 14th of May 2025 at 4:35 pm. A member of your staff drove us from Dublin Airport Terminal 1 to the city centre on the 700X service. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name, but I wanted to make sure she gets the appreciation she deserves. She was an absolutely amazing driver so full of energy, incredibly kind, and a lot of fun. Her friendly attitude, bright smile, and engaging personality made the journey feel so special. It was a real pleasure meeting her, and we had such a good time on the ride that we even gave her a hug at the end! I truly hope she continues to have a long and successful career with Aircoach, and I would love to meet her again on a future journey. Please pass along our heartfelt thanks and appreciation. “Shame Aircoach doesn’t stop Maynooth anymore from Galway.. think it was 706? Considering airport hopper is now gone and bus eireann operate at ridiculous times for airport flights, there may be an opportunity there. Shame”

“It's a coach from airport. Many people have travelled a very long distance, 24hours perhaps or more. Some on coach are elderly, other with babies, almost everyone exhausted. It is not appropriate the drivers blare loud, radio dance music. A lady asked him to turn it down, he didn't and she moved to back of bus. This music, particularly loud music, on this bus is not appropriate. I'm off to ask him to turn it down, not off, but lower it.”

“Very kind compassionate response from Dominika in Customer Service to request made yesterday. Thank you Dominika. No issue with Aircoach generally except on-bus WIFI disimproving each time I travel, despite me making several 'complaints'. Has it been sub-contracted to another provider who doesn't care I wonder? Reflects bad on Aircoach,”

“Once you’re on the bus the service is grand. Drivers are always nice However the website is atrocious- it constantly deletes what you input - dates / location / destination. And if you put in the wrong terminal you then can’t change it - which is the most unhelpful and annoying thing. Also the service is regularly cancelled which again is not helpful For the only service to the airport for the public to have it be inconsistent and not aid passengers and have a terrible website you would think they would improve and be more accommodating”

“Very frustrating to be on a 3 and 1/2 hour journey & not have the facility to charge my phone It’s advertised that charging facilities would be available and the outlets were either broken or not working and I tried several of them This is really inconvenient The bus was also very hot as the air conditioning wasn’t very effective”
