“We travelled both ways on our recent trip to Dublin. The journey to the city centre was fine! Unfortunately our return leg to the airport was disrupted by a large scale planned city centre protest. Despite us having booked our tickets two weeks in advance, Aircoach did not warn us about this and the alternative arrangements since the coaches were being diverted. In the end, with no coaches arriving we jumped on a local bus. We contacted Aircoach to complain and give them feedback about the lack of warning. They acknowledged they ideally should have warned us. Thankfully they refunded the cost of our return tickets. Hopefully they will warn folks in future.”

“Comfortable coach, pleasant driver and on time. Wish the coach was more frequent. We used to be able to get the Aircoach every half hour but now it’s only every hour (702).”

“We are from Shankill Dublin. We had to get an E1 bus to Talbot Hotel Stillorgan and then had to wait 25 minutes for Aircoach. It took us over 2 and half hours to reach the airport. Up until last March we could get the Aircoach from Shankill directly to the airport. When will this service return? We used the service regularly. It is so inconvenient now. We can go into City centre now and use different services to get to the airport. On numerous occasions the bus would be full by Cabinteely. So it is not because it was not busy. We used Aircoach since the service started. When will you resume this service? The population of Shankill has risen by almost 3000 people this year. These are all potential customers. By the way our driver was very friendly.”

“Recently booked Aircoach for an overnight stay in Belfast and again, it's an excellent service - and very prompt. It takes the stress out of driving up and down the M1 and less than two hours from Dublin Airport right into Belfast city centre - very easy online booking system and tickets emailed ASAP with QR code for both return journeys. Very comfortable coaches provided and also provides USB charger points on board. Make sure to get on board early to avail of two seats at mid-way point on bus to stretch the legs!!”

“Our 4.30am bus from Dalkey was on time and the journey was comfortable. My husband dropped his card wallet on the bus - I called the Aircoach number and the automated message told me to email them which I did. A few hours later I got an email reply to say it would probably take up to 7 days for lost property to be handed in to their office! Seems very inefficient!”
