“I was overcharged despite presenting the driver with my DAC staff card. I should have received a discount, not a price increase (compared to online cost). I have submitted a complaint on 17/5/25 and have not yet received a response. I have sent photo proof of my staff ID and the bus receipt. I have not yet received my refund.”

“The price was great, the promptness was great, the bus was great, the wifi was great, the driver...not so great. Sorry. We were shocked when he opened the luggage compartment and told a lady to lift her own bag in. We followed suit without being told. The same upon arrival. Everyone had to rummage around shifted luggage to get their bag. Maybe a sign on the bus indicating this is the customer's responsibility would be good. Secondly, he drove very abruptly...speeding up and braking. I don't know his name, but maybe he had a fight with the wife before going to work! We WOULD use your service again...no problem.”

“The bus was spotless the staff excellent and the driver was so alert that a taxi pulled in front of him as we were closing into Dublin City that the driver avoided a crash.We thanked him.No videos pity.”

“Bought an Aircoach Ticket online. The Bus was a no show. Had to take a Taxi instead to get to the airport on time. BUT - NO REFUND, because I purchased a regular Ticket and and did not ad a flex tariff. Thank you for nothing AIRCOACH!!!”

“The driver from Derry to Dublin on the 22:55 pm coach was exceptional. His attitude , mannerisms were above and beyond any normal customer service . He greeted every passenger individually and took time to engage with each individual . The coach was very clean and comfortable”

“We travelled both ways on our recent trip to Dublin. The journey to the city centre was fine! Unfortunately our return leg to the airport was disrupted by a large scale planned city centre protest. Despite us having booked our tickets two weeks in advance, Aircoach did not warn us about this and the alternative arrangements since the coaches were being diverted. In the end, with no coaches arriving we jumped on a local bus. We contacted Aircoach to complain and give them feedback about the lack of warning. They acknowledged they ideally should have warned us. Thankfully they refunded the cost of our return tickets. Hopefully they will warn folks in future.”

“Comfortable coach, pleasant driver and on time. Wish the coach was more frequent. We used to be able to get the Aircoach every half hour but now it’s only every hour (702).”
