“Booked onto the 10am bus from Dalkey on Wed May 14th. Bus arrived at 10:05 but the driver told us to wait and headed off for 20 minutes! I understand the need for breaks, but a 20 min one when the bus was already late is not acceptable, so we were nearly half an hour late leaving. On the return trip, we arrived at T2 for the 15.40 Dalkey bus on Sun May 18th to discover it had been cancelled with no explanation.”

“I am still a regular and loyal user of Aircoach bus. But today 19may2025 08am DUB time, when booking, I got a new series of booking screens. I got immediately suspicious. There was not announcement. >> I have chosen email as my way to interact with them, but got no email or advise on their website, The aircoach website has changed to a NEW booking screens (= I mean, the market, the place where you choose points A>B, you then enter your PERSONAL details, your BANK details, EVEN you CCV code to buy!!!). So I felt the website could have been hacked by somebody posing as legit, to steal personal data and bank proceedings. And money. So I ran the screen but stopped at "payment". Then I went back to home, choose the tab (from city X to city Y), and ran booking again. There, that time I got familiar screens, UNTIL booking and payments screens appeared. I had to book and pay, but I felt uneasy. I recovered my tranquility, partially, when I got their email with payment +in QR +out QR. **My request to Aircoach**: 1. DO Value your repeating customers. 2. An unannounced change look SUSPICIOUS, specially with booking & payment. FAMILIARITY is the name of the game. 3. The notion of voluntarily entering into a scam, because you need to buy a service, is stressful. 4. Please, just find a way to tell us that a change is coming and tell us WHY it will be better for both sides. I don't care about any IT or management trying to make their lives easier. No. 5. I do care about my money and where I am putting it. No need to answer me. Just try to make your process BE and LOOK secure. Thank you very much, A Dubliner, weekly User for the last three years and a half in a row”

“I had a great experience on the aircoach 702 Sunday 18th May; the driver was so helpful in directing me on the right stop to get off at. He also helped me with my luggage and in general was friendly and courteous. Although I didn’t catch your name, thank you”

“I was early to the stop but the coach was even earlier and left without us. Had to wait 30 minutes for the next one, making catching my flight super stressful. :(”

“As usual very reliable and on time, thanks. But the Cork/ Dublin airport bus we got, was an old bus with no wi-fi, or charging points. Management may need to spend, to keep up with competition, otherwise future on this route will not be good for Aircoach. Bus driver top class.”

“Avevo sbagliato l'orario di un biglietto, ho subito mandato una mail e lo hanno corretto senza problemi, inoltre il nostro aereo è arrivato in ritardo di mezz'ora ma abbiamo comunque potuto usufruire del primo bus disponibile. Le fermate sono dislocate in vari punti della città molto comodi. I nostri autobus sono stati puntuali sia all'andata che al ritorno. Consigliatissimo!”

“I purchased a ticket for 7:30pm on May 16. I stand in line and wait for the bus. Bus arrives, lets half the line in, and then says “sorry we are full you have to wait for the next one at 8:40”. A ticket purchased for 7:30 is a RESERVATION and you bastards are fleecing us with this policy of not guaranteeing seats. I had to buy a different shuttle to the city and want a refund.”
