“We had had a difficult time processing a ticket request, and were charged for tickets that we did not receive. While ordering tickets for our return journey, we told the Belfast representative Joe to whom we were talking, of this situation. He promptly sorted out our problem, processing a refund request. This has been completed today within a day! Thank you Joe and thank you Aircoach for this rapid response. We will definitely use you again, and recommend you to our friends.”

“I had a terrible experience with Aircoach. One of the scheduled buses didn’t stop because it was full, and the following two buses simply never arrived. I was left stranded and had no choice but to take a taxi to the airport at my own expense to avoid missing my flight. The service is completely unreliable, and there was no support offered. I strongly advise against buying a return ticket at the airport—you’re better off arranging alternative transport. Avoid Aircoach if you value punctuality and peace of mind.”

“I would like to point out that the aircoach stop at Burton Hall is no longer in operation. Having waited for 20 minutes we were alerted to the fact that the bus does not pick up at this stop. The 700 starts at the Clayton Hotel Leopardstown Rd, and next pick up is at Microsoft. Could you remove the bus stop to prevent anyone else making a mistake and waiting there.”

“An early flight arrival into Dublin allowed me to catch an earlier bus to Cork thanks to an understanding coach driver. Theme trip was a smooth ride including a little tour of Dublin City. Arrived in Cork in what seemed a brief journey thanks to a comfortable seat and power connection. Nice job Aircoach.”

“Bit of a disaster, an older bus, absolutely roasting as heating was on the whole way from Dublin airport to Cork, also none of the charging points worked so hard to arrange pick up in Cork with a dead phone.”

“We took the Aircoach from Cork, Lower Glanmire Road to Dublin Airport and from Dublin Airport to Cork, Lower Glanmire Road and on both occassions it was a wonderful experience. Everybody from the ground staff to the two drivers were very friendly and helpful. And probably most importantly, the drivers drove very smoothly. It was our first experience taking the Aircoach and we were very impressed. We will most definetly use it again in the future. :)”

“Great help. When ordering a ticket, I mixed up the arrival time with the departure time and chose the wrong time to board the bus. I wrote a letter to technical support and did not expect such a quick solution to this problem. But the next day, technical support contacted me and we solved this problem. Thank you.”
