“Bought a ticket to return to the airport for a certain time that was offered by the website only to find out once we had waited for 20 minutes that this time had been cancelled so had to get an uber at extra expensive.we were not impressed by this service. Do not sale tickets if you know this route will not be available at certain times.”

“The information that " there is an opportunity for a comfort break at Belfast on the 705X service" is false. I've taken the Aircoach twice in the last two months for return journeys between Derry-Londonderry and Dublin Airport, and both times, the trip to Dublin had no onboard toilet or scheduled stop. Both times I've been told by the drivers that they do not do a scheduled stop or have time to accommodate this. The first time I requested a toilet break, I was told to sprint through Belfast International Airport to use the facilities before the bus departed. On my second trip, I had to rush into a Starbucks in Belfast, but since the drivers switch there, they didn’t communicate that I was using the toilet—so I had to run back to stop the bus from leaving without me. I will not be booking Aircoach again until they have a scheduled stop with a toilet or ensure there is a toilet on board the bus from Derry to Dublin and they shouldn't be putting false information on their website. No toilet for a 4 hour journey isn't right.”

“Aircoach times booked automatically from Ryanair travel times BUT the return leg was after our flight (they put the 30th instead of the 29th), I felt like I was made to blame for this. All sorted finally in the end (after a lot of panic) Dave the co-ordination at the airport was brilliant. Quiet, comfy bus, would recommend (just check your times given)”

“Excellent service, punctual to the minute.Leaves alot to be desired for comfort,cold air on continuously.I was more prepared on recent journey having had a similar experience on a drizzly cold October morning. Online booking a nightmare as there was an obvious issue with the app and ending up almost losing the seat because tickets did not deliver. However I must commend the punctuality and the response from "Aircoach" when I filed my complaint. (Difficult online format for contacting and logging issues/complaint)”
