“I’ll NEVER use Aircoach again. They put me through all the motions of booking a seat, even taking my money and then sending me a notification saying “your card has been charged but no booking was made” Took me HOURS & HOURS to get a refund.”

“Excellent service from Jessica. I booked the original bus ticket online for my sister but she showed a different digital ticket which obviously could not be accepted so she paid cash on the bus. I very much appreciate that you were able to facilitate a full refund for the original one and all done so promptly. Many thanks , I look forward to travelling with you soon again. “My journey Dublin to Cork Saturday 7th June was just unbelievable .very efficient staff at the airport making sure everyone was boarding the correct coach.it left bang on time 9.30am .Driver was very courteous to everyone. Brilliant there was only one pick up in city centre. And the journey was just perfect.very comfortable seating. The return journey on the same day was every bit the same so enjoyable. Keep up the great work Aircoach and hats off to all your staff .looking forward to my next trip . Doree whitty.”

“I purchased tickets for a bus that was disrupted by a half marathon and Aircoach didn't send me a single email or notification to let me know the bus was not stopping at my selected stop. I only found out when I went to the stop on the day. I paid for a service that I didn't receieve and was told that I cannot even get a refund! Terrible service.”

“REQUEST FOR REFUND DECLINED! Booked an online ticket for Aircoach 700. The bus was a no-show. No transport to the airport by Aircoach. Instead I had extra cost of an UBER taxi to get to the airport on time. And finally: refunding the ticket is not possible, because I did not book a flex ticket. Are you serious? A flex-ticket is needed in case the Aircoach does not show up at all? Thank you for nothing!!”

“Not great. I chose bus for sustainability reason. But it came almost 30 mins late. I was bit stressed to miss out. Also there is no where (an app or web ) we can see the delay.”
