“I was told over the phone that I would get a refund for my journey as I had tried to reschedule online with my flexibook ticket but the website crashed. I called back 10 minutes later and was refused the refund.”

“I bought 4 tickets at the same time. I contacted customer service as one of our group had to travel earlier that the rest into the city centre and they would not let that one person travel on an earlier bus - all 4 had to travel together. Seems ridiculous.”

“I’m traveling on 705X bus from Dublin airport to Derry. The driver was asked by several passengers during the drive to lover the radio volume but she always refused to do it. We couldn’t sleep or listen music from our devices with earphones. The driver is a young woman. That is making our journey really unpleasant. Massimo from Italy”
