“Appreciated the flexibility being able to get an earlier bus than our pre-purchased tickets. Ample luggage space. Driver was friendly and helpful. The trip from Dublin Airport to Cork was smooth and comfortable. Thank you Aircoach.”

“Booked Aircoach day before, arrived at stop 10 minutes before scheduled arrival and took taxi after bus didn't show up 15 minutes after scheduled arrival. Contact Aircoach who admitted that bus was canceled and refused to provide a refund.”

“I am writing to provide positive feedback on the customer service team at Aircoach. I had an issue with an aggressive and, in my view, misogynistic driver. This was addressed very professionally and I felt supported.”

“The coach was very comfortable and the driver was excellent and helpful. My concern is with the website. I purchased a Flex plus ticket. I need to amend my return journey but the website is consistently giving the message that there is an unexpected error and will not allow me to alter the booking. I would appreciate if this could be fixed so I can alter the booking, as I paid for the Flex plus to have this option if required.”

“The coach never arrived, forcing me and other travelers to find alternative transport to the airport. Customer support was very unhelpful, stating that tickets are non-refundable if the coach doesn’t show up, as they are marked as 'Scanned', even if you brought the useless ticket insurance. This would suggest there ticket-monitoring system is either incapable of checking which tickets are used, or they do not care enough to check the system. I would not rely on this coach to get to the airport, it's better to use Dublin Express coaches.”

“We booked the wrong date, we booked for June 23rd instead of the 24th. We realised immediately after the I selected the wrong date. I tired to call, but they were closed for the weekend. I called today (Tuesday), I spoke with a customer services representative named Givoni. He asked with we purchased the flexibook, we did not. We usually do, but thought our flights to the US are booked so we will just leave it. He then asked if we called immediately, I said that we did, but it was on Friday evening and you were closed on the weekend. He basically called us liars, and was very unhelpful. He also said the if we would of called within 48hrs then he could amend the booking. You were closed on Saturday and Sunday, so this is within 48hrs. He then says then you should of called yesterday. Unfortunately that was not a possibility. He refused to help. I get it I booked the wrong date, but there should be some leeway without having to purchase add ons.”

“I’m disappointed with company, I paid for flexibook option which do not work when I needed to use and company ignore my refund request. I have no other option like taki this matter further to 1) National Transport Authority (NTA) 2) European Consumer Centre Ireland 3) Small Claims Court I feel let down by Aircoach”

“I wish i couldn't complain but the aircoach i took from Dublin Airport to belfast upper queen street startet later then the planned 17:30 by at least 10 minutes which had no consequences for my personal voyage from that point on but may be troublesome for other travelers. The journey itself was enjoyable since i managed to acquire front row seats and were in good company for I did not travel alone. Post Scriptum: The clock on board was off wich was quite humorous and i did have a chuckle.”
