“I have always found Aircoach to be a great service between Belfast city centre and Dublin Airport, always on time, at an excellent price. Over the years I have used the service, the quality of the coaches has steadily improved so the latest journey I took was very comfortable. My only negative point concerns the pick-up area in Belfast. It is less than comfortable and, although an improvement from the old Glengall Street, I was again standing in the rain at Upper Queen Street.”

“The express coach 704x Dublin airport terminal 2 to cork at 0:25 am on Sunday the 15 of June 2025 let two aircoatch workers on, and left three passengers. It then proceeded to drive away as if we where not there. I had to spend the night sleeping at Dublin airport for the 6 am bus”

“The service itself while on board is generally quite good. The drivers have consistently been polite, professional, and helpful, which I truly appreciate. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer support has been abysmal to say the least. I contacted their team after I missed a bus that departed earlier than the scheduled time. After some back and forth, the person I was talking to acknowledged that the bus had indeed left ahead of schedule, yet refused to issue a refund for the ticket. Instead, I was advised to arrive five minutes earlier for future trips. This is unacceptable. If buses are allowed to depart before the advertised time, then the published schedule is misleading. Advising customers to arrive earlier as a solution, while admitting fault, is not only inadequate—it shows a lack of accountability. It’s even more frustrating considering I’ve previously tolerated delays without complaint. This situation, however, crosses a line. The continued reliance on terms and conditions, rather than offering fair customer service when the company is at fault, is disappointing. I asked why the published departure time wasn’t adjusted to reflect the possibility of early departures, and received no clear response. They suggested that I provide feedback, so here it is. I hope they take it seriously and work toward improving the customer experience beyond the journey itself.”

“Air Coach to airport departed 30 minutes late from Dalkey due to morning traffic. I made it on time to my flight. I wish the previous route still was in operation as it avoided downtown Dublin rush hour traffic.”

“It’s the cheapest option from the south of Dublin, when taxi costs +70€, but that’s where the positives end. The company obviously doesn’t have consideration and sensitivity for its clients. The buses are always late, and there's no live tracking option like for other buses in Dublin. People going to the airport would have a much less stressful journey had you had it. Also, the electricity sockets don’t work… all little things that make me use your service when I have lots of time and can leave a lot ahead of my flight, which is probably 1 in 10 times.”

“I made a time error when booking my ticket. I rebooked for the correct time, and emailed the company to explain my mistake. I promptly received approval for a refund on my incorrect ticket. Our bus driver was friendly, and did a great job of navigating heavy traffic in tight spaces. The bus was spotlessly clean. An excellent experience from start to finish.”
