“The bus to the airport was half an hour late. As I couldn't risk missing my flight, I had to order an expensive taxi ride. Refund was refused.”

“I tried to book an air coach from Stillorgan to the airport and I couldn't alter it to show Stillorgan as the pickup and the airport as the destination. Eventually thought that it was a bad layout or design quirk, only to finally be billed and be unable to use the ticket for my flight tomorrow. Bad website design, could easily update the experience to be easier to use.”

“Do not rely on Aircoach. As a customer who uses them every week, year after year. Tonight, I have had a truly ridiculous experience. Despite being sat at the right stop, waiting 20 minutes for the bus. The bus pulled up short and left without myself and 2 other passengers. the girl, chatting to her mate when I went to complaint said, I called it out. What nonsense! Is this how you signal you have arrived. Try stopping at the right stop. Aircoach, you need to get your act together. I am now considering using an alternative if this is the best you can do.”

“We bought two tickets from terminal 1 to the city to get off at O’Connell bridge which we informed the driver of the 16:20 700 bus. The driver didn’t stop and we had to get off at the next stop and then try to get back to our stop. We had a take a taxi and waste money on this. I would not recommend Aircoach in future as the driver ignores the stops requested and there is no indication on the bus for the next stop for people new to your city. Another passenger who was an aircoach employee was on the bus and can confirm the problem”

“I would like to revise my initial review, as new information has come to light. The second time I contacted Aircoach—using the form on their website to request a refund for my unused tickets—I received a prompt reply, which was particularly impressive given that it was a Sunday. Aircoach assured me they would process the refund, and I received it a few days later. I appreciate their responsiveness and resolution in this case, so I’m willing to give them another chance for future bus trips. However, after my first negative experience, I still wouldn’t risk booking their service when catching a flight. Reliability is critical for airport transfers, and I don’t yet feel confident enough to depend on them in that situation.”

“Took the 11pm coach from Cork to Dublin Airport Terminal 1. The journey was smooth and convenient and good value for money and time. I would recommend aircoach for airport transfers from Cork to Dublin and vice versa.”

“On the Aircoach with 3 kids under the age of 7, for 1 hour 15 minutes from Leopardstown into T2, on a hot day in June and no Air Con on the bus. Everyone asking the driver to turn it on and the best he could do is partially open the sky light 20 minutes out from the Airport. If the Air Con is broken on the bus, it shouldn’t be in service. The last 30 minutes of the journey was terrible. Bad way to start the Holiday.”

“Die Fahrer sind sehr nett und aufmerksam! Die Flexoption kann man sich jedoch sparen, da entweder die App beim Umbuchen spinnt oder der gewünschte andere Bus ausgebucht ist! Ergo, das Geld kann man sich sparen!”

“My bus did not show up on time this morning. We stayed 15 minutes past departure time and it had not showed up and neither had the bus scheduled 15 minutes before us so we had to catch a taxi. Stefan Thomas”

“The trip from cork to Dublin was very pleasant driver was also very pleasant however coming back from Dublin to cork the chargers were not working that was only something minor I will definitely use aircoach again”
