I booked a return Aircoach ticket alongside my Ryanair flight booking. Unfortunately, they got the direction of travel wrong - simple mistake, but apparently not so simple to get it rectified. When I contacted you, you said that I must contact Ryanair and when I contacted Ryanair, they told me to resolve it with Aircoach!!

Having missed the last aircoach to Leopardstown because my flight was delayed, I was informed that the next aircoach was at 2.30am. A two hour wait. Nobody wants to wait 2 hours to get to Stillorgan. I couldn't cancel my Aircoach ticket as I was in the air. I cant afford taxis. I ended up waiting a long time for a bus to town and walked to Bray from there. I didn't arrive home until 6am. Absolutely wrecked. When I asked Aircoach for a refund they told me to claim off my airline or my insurance. My insurance won't pay as there is an excess worth more than the aircoach ticket and we all know Ryanair don't give a fiddlers. Won't be using aircoach again. I find some of the staff rude and unhelpful. Some are lovely. Service is non existent in Bray. Will drive in future.

702 never showed at DUB for my reserved 5:05 dep't on Mon Aug 15. Shocking how this all went down: First, that a public bus just cancelled, especially that no text or email warning came to us, even though we had a reserved ticket on that bus. Planning travel into and through a major airport, you expect more professionalism from the public transport sector. For New Yorkers departing on the JFK 5pm flight, you arrive between 4-4:30am, so depend on a bus ticket working, as the DART doesn’t start running until 6am. We flew all night. Then stood in the rain for over an hour before giving up on the 702 and taking the 700 to O’Connell Bridge. Walked to DART and waited for 6:09 going south toward our desination in Dalkey. Pretty gruesome end to an all night flight.

Expected a 700 bus at 120am per the schedule. Bus was a no show. I had to wait till 220am. You have reduced the service something terrible- you no longer serve Cabinteely so I had to get off in stillorgan to get an E1 which was not due for another 40m so I ended up hailing a taxi. You used to have a good service but now you have cut it back so much it is no longer a viable nor trustworthy service. I will seek alternative options for Dublin airport in the future.

I was unable to travel due to a mix up between identical suit cases, whip delayed me joining the bus. However, as you sold the seat to someone else I feel you should refund my fare. Fortunately both the other companies that have expresses to Belfast were much more user friendly and found an alternative Express bus which reduced my delay. I shall use them in future.

Bus driver was extremely rude. Arrived 1 minute to the scheduled departure time. I asked him to hang on 1 minute as my friend was coming down the escalator with her bag. He said “I am already late im leaving now” and proceeded to close the door in my face leaving us both at the stop.

Dear Aircoach, I have a complaint and a request. Last night my young relation of mine last night from Germany, visiting Dublin, missed her Aircoach stop and got stuck on the bus to Stillorgan because the driver didn't announce the Radisson Blu N11 Fosters avenue Stop. It was due at 23:33 and was on time. Another passenger disembarking at Stillorgan took pity on her and drive her and her 20kg bag back to the radisson stop! Thank God for the decent people of the world. I'm a regular user of your services and my feedback is usually posistive. Positive feedback to you is 1. The drivers must try harder to announce the stops. 2. It is confusing the way Aircoach calls The Radisson Blu Hotel N11 refers to this stop "Stillorgan" in the name which is 2 miles away. 😃

Encouraged to pay for a ticket in advance to guarantee a seat. Waited 45 mins in Dublin City centre, only 1 bus showed in that time and it was already full. Had to pay for a taxi instead to make my flight on time. Unreliable, avoid.

Appalling customer service when contacted online. Bus was cancelled on the day by Aircoach without communication to passengers booked on. No refund offered. When I cancelled customer service they did not acknowledge that the bus had been cancelled and stated no refund was possible.

I booked a transfer from airport to Dublin City centre while booking my Ryan air flight - the information on the web page emphasises the frequency of the service into Dublin - however, without being offered any flexibility or an actual time I have been allocated a bus seat 1 and a half hours after expected landing time - the ticket states I may only use this service and that is confirmed by email to customer service. Having to wait probably an hour before I can travel into the city is not convenient or efficient.

Bought tickets for 4 am instead of 4pm on accident. I reached out within a half hour when we realized. They rejected my request for refund. Not a nice company. Wont use them in the future.
