Our bus was over 25 minutes late. When it arrived it only had room for one passenger. There was at least 18 passengers waiting!!! The driver said the next bus would arrive in 5 minutes. However a bus did arrive but on a different route. The driver kindly took us to terminal 2 at Dublin Airport and we walked to terminal 1. When you have paid for a service you don’t receive it is very disappointing. I did raise my upset by email. But got a response implying it was out of their hands, I should have got another bus. No real apology or offer of any compensation. We could have missed our flight, my friend is unwell and the walk to terminal 1 was very difficult. Not recommended at all.

My bus was due and did not turn up. I asked and was told it was delayed. I then went to the kiosk to ask for a refund so that I could take a taxi for two of us. I was told there was another one in 25 minutes. This was a Dublin airport. Then the person from customer complaints said the bus did turn up - although 15 passengers can attest to this

Extremely hot on bus, no air conditionning. Despite reaching out to customer service no attempt to compensate or understand the situation. No airconditioning on a paid expensive bus service is not acceptable today. "The ventilation on our buses allows fresh, ambient air moving through the bus using an automatic thermostat that controls the system, which prevents the air becoming too close and stagnant. This works in the same way as a fan and keeps the air circulating. However, if the ambient temperature is high, then that will be the temperature of the air being circulated. Our drivers do not have the control of climate in the passenger area of the bus." Basically no airconditioning just fans. Not happy not expecting to travel on a paid service for such disregard of customers.

Buying a ticket does not guarantee a seat contrary to what we were told when buying the ticket. When we were told we couldn't board we were told that the unused ticket would be refunded, but their customer service relies on small print in the T&C to refuse. Moral of the story don't believe what their staff tell you

I have travel with Aircoach many time and their strength is the support offered when unplanned things happen. They are flexible and quick and resolving difficult situation's.

When making a booking and using our Free Travel Cards, by error I added 2 paying passengers and paid the full charge. Once I noticed this error, I contacted Aircoach requesting a refund. Within days they replied and refund the payment. Super, courtesy and customer service!

My bus was cancelled and I was asked to contact support for a refund. I contacted support for a refund and was told my ticket was not refundable because I didn’t take the flexible ticket. This is a scam, the person who got the ticket didn’t even take the time to read it, waste of my time.

Overcharged on bus , told I was a student and got charged full adult price! No solution offered when emailed about it. No vouchers or refund available. Highly disappointed

I am disappointed with the way my recent issue was handled. I booked tickets for several passengers via the Ryanair platform for a transfer to the airport. Although I selected the correct travel date during the booking process, the tickets I received were for a different day. When I contacted Aircoach to request a change, I was told to reach out to Ryanair. While I understand the booking was made through their platform, Aircoach is the actual service provider and, in my opinion, the most appropriate party to handle such a change. It was frustrating to be redirected instead of receiving assistance. I expected better support and more flexibility from your team.
