I am very disappointed with the service (rather, lack of service) provided by Aircoach. I ordered and paid for a ticket, yet I never received an email with confirmation or my barcode to travel. I sent an email when I realised I wasn't given confirmation, this was ignored. I then tried to ring in the evening, only to be told there was service after 5.30. Then I went on the website, and read that calls can be made from 9.00am to 5.30pm 7 days a week. So I rang on Saturday, my day off, only to be told the helpline is only available 5 days a week, not the 7 as per website information. So, today I rang, and was told there was a glitch on the system, and I will get my money back, but there was not an option to book the ticket over the phone, and I would need to pay the fare again. I was getting pretty fed up at this stage, but, I was needing to get the Dublin Airport, believe this if you can, I have a flight booked. I was advised to go on the website, as opposed to using the app, here I hit an error 703 I think and forbidden. I then went back on the app, and there was only two times available for my date, both in the evening, and both were not suitable. The only reason I gave 2 stars was, although completely useless information I gained from my call, at least Oliver was pleasant, although early under tremendous pressure. I then rang Citylink, and an operator talked me through the booking, and I am now booked with them for the journey. If someone on a menial job performed at this standard, they wouldnt last a week. I have deleted the aircoach app, as I don't envisage using the organisation in the future.

Something seems so wrong here with the company . Do not TRUST journeys with them, as we were cancelled with no other way to get back to Dublin Airport than taxi. They then offer for two a total of just £7 compensation, which is an insult for two paid return tickets. Cancelled journey with no feedback why !!! Customer service needs a good hard look at if they think this is an adequate response…. Oh and asking me to complete this survey.

I had an issue because the bus ticket I purchased through Ryanair never came through. Fortunately, the customer service team (Oliver and Danyelle) was very kind and helpful, and they resolved the problem promptly. Excellent support and much appreciated!

Terrible service. First bus arrived 20 min late but refused boarding as was full. Finally boarded almost 50 min after the advertised departure time. As a result missed out flight home. Had to pay for hotel stay and new flights.

This was my fourth time using Aircoach. I have always found the service reliable. The buses are clean and comfortable. The drivers are usually polite and helpful. On my most recent trip there was an issue that was beyond the control of Aircoach, but Customer Service (Keja) were extremely helpful in getting it sorted out. Great service.

Coach didn’t arrive. Lots of customers left standing at the stop. Called customer service. Couldn’t advise. Had to rush for a taxi in order not to miss my flight. Never again AIRCOACH

Bus arrived 40 min late. I gave feedback was basically told read the small print that buses can be up to an hour late. That is not obvious from the booking experience and really disappointing.

Very disappointed with a glitch in the aircoach app where my card was charged but no tickets were issued . Which must be rectified it's has occurred for me twice already. However excellent customer service was provided to resolve my issue.

I was unable to book a ticket using the free travel pass due to an error on the online booking system. The staff at the airport refused to recognise the pass and I ended up paying €49.50 for tickets that should have been free. When I reported the online problem via the website, I was assured that the free travel pass would be accepted at the airport. I have reported that I was charged for the tickets and should be due a refund, but this has not been acknowledged in the response. Overall, I am very disappointed with Aircoach, they do not even read emails properly and the responses have not resolved the issues I have.

Booked ticket in advance. Bus never showed up or came too earlier then it was supposed and left. I am never using this service again as it isn’t reliable. The company won’t refund the ticket and I had to pay taxi not to miss my flight.
