I am very annoyed as I was over charged and was able to see that on the day at the time of being overcharged and yet the driver who overcharged me was not able to refund me my money. I have had to spend inordinate amount of time trying to get my money refunded . It is ridiculous. Your machine said my card was declined twice yet charged my credit card both times. I paid a third time with my debit card and was offered a ticket on the bus. It is really bad . I am sure many others have also had this same experience. The problem is not that i was overcharged but the tardiness with which this problem is being addressed .

On this occasion only, we had a problem with the baggage compartment, but I had a prompt response my email about the matter. We have almost always used Aircoach since the beginning, and have always found it to be the best option for transfers to and from Dublin City and the airport. We would highly recommend it

Relatively easy to book, but it's a hassle that on a return journey, you can't arrive at one terminal on your outward trip and depart from the other on the return. More detail on where the coach stops on the street in Belfast would be useful too. Otherwise fine.

Aircoach deliver a frequent and friendly service on routes servicing the airport in Dublin. The coaches are fully air conditioned and WiFi accessible. The drivers are very knowledgeable and friendly. Good value for money too.

I recently purchased a ticket on your website as a guest, but I did not select the email notification option during checkout. As a result, I have not received my ticket or booking reference, and I’m unable to retrieve it. I called your team and Emil your team, but there is no response.

Look the message I sent you on31 july and today I'm still waiting for an answer Hello On Monday, July 28th, I ordered two return senior tickets online between the airport and Dublin city center for €24. The reference for this purchase is MATK-YWWS-WQMU. Having not received the tickets in my email, I sent you a message that same evening via your contact inbox to express my concern about the situation (First bus ref 01149012) . The next day, July 29th, having still not received anything and having not seen any withdrawal from my account, I thought I had made the transaction incorrectly. So I purchased two similar tickets at the airport, but for €30 (your seller told me that it was always more expensive on site than online), ticket numbers: 006836 and 006835 (photo attached). However, on July 30th, I saw the withdrawal of €24 appear on my account, and I still have not received any tickets. Given this abnormal behavior of the reservation system, I request a refund of the €24 that was unreasonably charged to me. Please let me know if you would like to do this by bank transfer to the account that was initially debited (IBAN attached) or by other means. As you may have noticed, I am French and I apologize for any syntax errors in this message. Thanking you in advance for your understanding. So I think your customer service is below everything

We took the Aircoach this morning at 4am! It was a brilliant service! I just wanted to shout out our driver I didn’t catch his name but what a lovely guy! He took his time with each passenger and made sure we got to the airport in time. A bag got stolen from under the coach but the driver chased after the man and got the bags back falling over in the process despite probably hurting himself he remained so professional and continued us on our journey! He said he had worked for the company for 12 years and I can see why, absolutely top bloke! Not many would get in the way of someone stealing a bag but he did and without any kind of fuss! If this review gets to the right people that lovely man deserves a lot of credit!

The bus was 30 minutes late, and there was no communication to inform passengers . An email was only sent 47 minutes later, which is entirely unacceptable.

Our bus was over 25 minutes late. When it arrived it only had room for one passenger. There was at least 18 passengers waiting!!! The driver said the next bus would arrive in 5 minutes. However a bus did arrive but on a different route. The driver kindly took us to terminal 2 at Dublin Airport and we walked to terminal 1. When you have paid for a service you don’t receive it is very disappointing. I did raise my upset by email. But got a response implying it was out of their hands, I should have got another bus. No real apology or offer of any compensation. We could have missed our flight, my friend is unwell and the walk to terminal 1 was very difficult. Not recommended at all.

My bus was due and did not turn up. I asked and was told it was delayed. I then went to the kiosk to ask for a refund so that I could take a taxi for two of us. I was told there was another one in 25 minutes. This was a Dublin airport. Then the person from customer complaints said the bus did turn up - although 15 passengers can attest to this
