“The 704x Dublin to Cork bus never showed up. More than 30 people were waiting and the next bus was driven by a subcontractor who couldn't help us at all. Very bad service.”

“Regarding Bus on Aug 17 - 10:23 … bus was 20 min late, driver was fairly slow, people who got on wanted to pay via card and the machine was not working - instead of realising the terminal is not working he told people to try again and again causing more delays. At the airport he did not open the luggage door until all passengers got off and told a customer to chill. Very rude. Given that people have flights to catch this is unacceptable.”

“Terrible service. Will never get this bus again. Turned up 30mins late and driver had an awful attitude, was extremely rude and their contactless payment. machine would not work. Avoid this service. Never again.”

“So far, it is what it says on the box!! Used it twice, worked both times. Bit hard to believe they can run the schedule they do and still continue to make money but as of now they’re the best game in town for travel to and from the airport, certainly if you’re coming from south of the city as I am - Wicklow. Only used them to, not from as yet but so far so good. Keep it up Aircoach, good, basic surface transportation. Thanks.”

“On Sunday at 8:50 p.m., the BV72 YCF bus came to City Center Dublin. The driver got off the bus, I showed him the ticket and I asked him if I could put my luggage in the trunk, considering that I had a suitcase and 2 backpacks. He started yelling at me that I can't and that he is the boss here I asked the driver why I couldn't put my luggage in the trunk. The driver yelled at me again and asked me threateningly if I wanted him to drive me if I had to be quiet. He put his finger on his mouth, showing me that I had to be quiet. I felt extremely humiliated This happened on Sunday, August 11, 2024. just before 8:50 p.m. in City Center Dublin The bus went via Dublin Airport to Belfast”

“Have used airporter (now aircoach) for 20 years. The staff have always been amazing, really helpful. I booked a return journey travelling from Belfast to Derry and noticed I had a discount due to previous bookings was delighted!!! 🤩 thank you”

“Such a bad idea to make the line 701 passing through the city and make the journey lasting one hour instead than 20 minutes as it was before. People want to arrive quickly at the airport, otherwise I would have spent 2 euros and travel with the city bus that takes the same time. Last time taking aircoach and I am afraid you will loose a lot of clients because of this. Learn from Dublin express that makes more frequent lines and do not need to make people staying one hour in a bus to earn more money.”

“The new timetables were billed as new services, but for those living in South Dublin, they are a serious deterioration in Service. They journey on the 702/703 line from Ballsbridge used take around 40 minutes. It now takes about 90 minutes. Also the price was increased significantly, even though the tolls are no longer part of journey.”

“always want to kill myself in that bus. takes forever... like, 3 and a half hours from cork to dublin - joke. mostly is 4 plus. driver i dont think ever reach 120 on motorway. time frame is term that he's not familiar with. they always late... disgrace. but sometimes i have to use them.”

“My 84 year old father was waiting on the 10am aircoach from greystones this morning. The aircoach did not stop, drove past him and another lady that was waiting, he was fortunate to get a lift to bray and met aircoach there. When he asked the driver why he didn't stop, he said he didn't put his hand out. What a disgraceful way to treat your customers.”

“Daughter planned on using aircoach to go to a concert in Dublin, bought her ticket and booked aircoach simultaneously. Aircoach cancelled her trip home with no other options provided a couple of days beforehand without giving any alternative options (next bus was sold out and others were early morning buses, eg 1, 2 am, meaning hours spent waiting on streets of Dublin before an available bus). On bus up, as she made the bus but was within the 10 mins before departure, the bus driver sold their tickets (which is in the t&cs but you have to dig for it and it comes after many guarantees that your seat is safe). So 2 trips planned and none executed with this company. Too unreliable to trust again.”

“Was pleasantly surprised by our latest experience with aircoach 702 service (Monday 12th August) as I was very reluctant to book following a bad experience previously. On both the outward and return journeys drivers were very pleasant and the outward driver adhered to the times at each stop. On the return trip our bus was delayed due to an accident on M1 (so buses couldn't get into airport on time). The staff at the T1 Dublin airport stop explained the delay and then the controller arranged for the 701 service to extend to Greystones so that passengers waiting for delayed 702 service could be accommodated. Thinking "outside the box" is something rarely experienced these days, so we were very impressed and appreciative of his initiative.”

“I have had two negative experiences with Aircoach. I won't travel with them again. I don't think they provide a good service and I would prefer to pay more money for a taxi rather than deal with this company for a third time.”
