Shocking from Aircoach, no excuses on a Friday. The elderly couple in tears at the stop in Cork broke my heart when they got the email I did about the cancellation and I was only too happy to immediately manage to book and pay for their journey to Dublin via train. It was heartbreaking

I had a problem changing my coach time with a flexi reservation! Eventually I had to phone the help line and got excellent advice to change my booking. The person I talked to was very friendly and helpful! I’ve found the Aircoach service brilliant.

The aircoach I prebooked never arrived. I had to get a taxi. I contacted them and they said it was cancelled. They never emailed in advance, otherwise I would’ve found alternative transport. In the email response they told be to check the live tracker, which didn’t work at the time and when it eventually updated it said the bus had been on schedule

Once again awful experience where customers do not matter and that they can cancel bookings without a care in the world saying case closed !!!! Do not trust this business where even senior managers hide behind emails

We had a problem with Aircoach, as a family of 6 with some small children. First the bus arrived at the airport over 20 minutes late. Then the bus slowed down but did not stop at our stop even though we had stood up and were proceeding to get off. The driver would not stop and continued on to the next stop. After contacting customer service, we were just told that this can sometimes happen. They did not offer to reimburse us at all, even though this was a huge inconvenience to SIX passengers. Will never book with Aircoach again.

Not the best idea to have City and Nationwide services departing from same bus stop ... far too frantic at busy times. 'Chief' and his co-worker at ticket office are the most polite and helpful of people. Drivers are apparently not obliged to help their passengers with luggage - but Chief cheerfully helped everyone load their luggage. The second lad kindly rang a driver who left early at 15.23 and asked him to return for some passengers. Well done to these 2 employees - Tuesday 2/9/25 at 15.30

I am very disappointed with the service (rather, lack of service) provided by Aircoach. I ordered and paid for a ticket, yet I never received an email with confirmation or my barcode to travel. I sent an email when I realised I wasn't given confirmation, this was ignored. I then tried to ring in the evening, only to be told there was service after 5.30. Then I went on the website, and read that calls can be made from 9.00am to 5.30pm 7 days a week. So I rang on Saturday, my day off, only to be told the helpline is only available 5 days a week, not the 7 as per website information. So, today I rang, and was told there was a glitch on the system, and I will get my money back, but there was not an option to book the ticket over the phone, and I would need to pay the fare again. I was getting pretty fed up at this stage, but, I was needing to get the Dublin Airport, believe this if you can, I have a flight booked. I was advised to go on the website, as opposed to using the app, here I hit an error 703 I think and forbidden. I then went back on the app, and there was only two times available for my date, both in the evening, and both were not suitable. The only reason I gave 2 stars was, although completely useless information I gained from my call, at least Oliver was pleasant, although early under tremendous pressure. I then rang Citylink, and an operator talked me through the booking, and I am now booked with them for the journey. If someone on a menial job performed at this standard, they wouldnt last a week. I have deleted the aircoach app, as I don't envisage using the organisation in the future.

Something seems so wrong here with the company . Do not TRUST journeys with them, as we were cancelled with no other way to get back to Dublin Airport than taxi. They then offer for two a total of just £7 compensation, which is an insult for two paid return tickets. Cancelled journey with no feedback why !!! Customer service needs a good hard look at if they think this is an adequate response…. Oh and asking me to complete this survey.

I had an issue because the bus ticket I purchased through Ryanair never came through. Fortunately, the customer service team (Oliver and Danyelle) was very kind and helpful, and they resolved the problem promptly. Excellent support and much appreciated!
