“Bus was late initially and then driver was abrupt, rude and very unprofessional. The drive was unpleasant as his driving was erratic as if he was in a real rush to get home. Bus was clean however and if managed appropriately, this would be a good service to avail of.”

“I contacted customer services as had booked two tickets in error. The person who I spoke to was extremely helpful and efficient. A refund was issued and was in my bank account within 3 days.”

“I arrived at terminal 2 and have went straight to the air coach terminal at the bottom of the escalator, my bus was scheduled for 16:20, I have arrived at 16:10 to have a female member of staff with brown hair say “Belfast/Derry” and point to a queue, the time turns 16:21 and I ask her “is this the queue for Belfast?” For which she tells me the Belfast bus has just departed. I have had to sprint to terminal 1 with a severe ankle injury carrying a suit case all because all a very simple lack of communication from your staff! I have used Air coach many times before but this was a serious breach of trust, the staff member clearly couldn’t be bothered to give clear directions to exhausted travellers and very obviously doesn’t have a clear gauge of what she is doing! Absolutely terrible experience after a 6 hour flight.”

“The bus driver pulled the bus over the shout at a poor woman whose child was a little upset. He didn't even try to speak politely to her and was so aggressive she ended up in tears. Other passengers tried to reason within and explain that young children sometime make noise but he was rude to those passengers aswell. An absolute disgraceful way to speak to anyone. This was the 3pm bus from cork on July 6th”

“There is noone available to answer the phone on a Saturday. The website has crashed. I’m in Rome on a delayed flight trying to change my flexibook booking to Dublin. On the app it’s trying to charge me to change (even when I paid for flexibook) and even when I say I’ll accept the charge the website not working error message appears. Very disappointing Aircoach! I plan to explain to the driver this ridiculous set of circumstances and expect to be allowed on a later bus to Belfast. You need a tel no and a human being to speak to people at weekends! You can’t rely on a website or app ! And I don’t have Twitter so that isn’t an option either!”

“Comfortable bus. On schedule. If you miss your bus you can use same ticket to grab the next one (subject to space being available of course) which is the best feature for an airport bus.”

“Refusing too give me a refund when I made it very clear I was unsure how to properly use this app and couldn’t find and option too pay for insurance too get my money back! and that I was stranded in the middle of Dublin City Centre from 23:15am until gone 1am I am 16 years old it’s very unsafe!! Very unhappy with the service I’m aware it is my own fault for not being able too find the insurance option but I hoped someone would be able too understand that I am not from Dublin and had never been there before!”

“We travelled from T2 in Dublin Airport to Cork and I have to commend our driver Mohammed who was amazing. I couldnt praise him enough, very professional and really friendly. I have travelled with Aircoach many times and he was the best driver yet, an absolute gentleman and a great representative for Aircoach. Well done.”

“Hello. I am sitting here in the Dublin zone 2 air coach stand for bus to cork at 3.30 pm. I was trying to check with the air coach ground staff if they can accommodate me in 2.30 pm bus as I had a flexible ticket. I am absolutely ok and understand if I cannot be accommodated. But the staff here (a tall black or mixed race female with long nails) is very ill mannered and doesn’t talk straight face. The basic and minimum that we can ask for as human beings is treated with respect and this is unacceptable. I didn’t fight or argue with her because I feel it’s beneath my human values. But the lady seriously needs some training in behaviour and how to talk to people”

“Bought a one-way ticket on Aircoach and was later accused of scanning the same ticket multiple times—something I never did and could easily prove. I repeatedly asked the company to show whatever data led to this claim, but they offered no evidence, ignored my follow-ups, and simply closed the case. Extremely disappointed.”

“I have to say paying the extra £5 for full refund is worth it. If your circumstances change. I wasnt hopeful at first as I did not get to process the request until i got my battery charged on my phone until i got home which overlapped with the time the bus was due to depart. However, thankfully this service permitted the refund. So defs worth purchasing if in doubt.”

“I tried to book an air coach from Stillorgan to the airport and I couldn't alter it to show Stillorgan as the pickup and the airport as the destination. Eventually thought that it was a bad layout or design quirk, only to finally be billed and be unable to use the ticket for my flight tomorrow. Bad website design, could easily update the experience to be easier to use.”

“Do not rely on Aircoach. As a customer who uses them every week, year after year. Tonight, I have had a truly ridiculous experience. Despite being sat at the right stop, waiting 20 minutes for the bus. The bus pulled up short and left without myself and 2 other passengers. the girl, chatting to her mate when I went to complaint said, I called it out. What nonsense! Is this how you signal you have arrived. Try stopping at the right stop. Aircoach, you need to get your act together. I am now considering using an alternative if this is the best you can do.”
