“We were at the stop 20 minutes prior to the pick up time but the driver didn't stop even though there were four people waiting (2 for Belfast International airport and two for Dublin airport). We all had our tickets pre-booked so the driver would know he had to pick up. As a result we had to book a taxi which cost us more money. Not reliable at all.”

“A very good option if you're heading to Dublin Airport. I boarded in the city centre and everything went smoothly. The driver was a bit rude – probably just having a bad day – but it didn't affect the journey.”

“On June 4th, I booked 4 tickets for the 6:12 am AirCoach service from O’Connell Street (Dublin) to the airport. To my shock, I received an email at 4:06 am on the same day stating that the bus had been cancelled without any explanation. The only options given were to purchase new tickets for a different time (which was impossible, as we had a flight to catch) or request a refund. Fortunately, I managed to find a last-minute taxi, avoiding a missed flight—but this came with unexpected costs and unnecessary stress. Worst of all, despite emailing AirCoach to request a refund for the cancelled tickets, I have received no reply, nor has my money been returned. This was my first time using AirCoach, and it has been an awful experience. I cannot recommend a service that: cancels routes with no prior warning (a 4 am email is unacceptable!), offers no real solutions to stranded passengers, and ignores refund requests without acknowledgment.”

“04 June’25, I used the aircoach 700 from Terminal 2 at 06:25am to the Clayton hotel, Leopardstown. I have to commend the driver David on his excellent attitude. He was engaging and friendly. He was especially kind when dealing with an elderly man who had fallen asleep. David gently woke the man at his stop(Burlington), and then proceeded to assist him with his bag etc as he disembarked. Great to see such a positive and helpful young man go about his day!!!”

“I have made multiple attempts to book the Aircoach from Cork to Dublin Airport online, using our Public Services Free Travel Passes and despite being charged €80 and €82 against my credit card have failed to complete the booking. In my most recent attempt we were almost complete but your system stated that our FT pass numbers were incorrect, which makes no sense as we read and typed the numbers directly from the card. I also understand that if we "turn up" at the bus without a booking, we could be refused entry to the bus. It has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. The one positive experience is that your customer service personnel that I have had dealings with have been very courteous. However we are still unable to complete our reservation.”

“We purchased tickets at the airport kiosk and were offered the chance to purchase tickets for our return trip back to the airport as well. Unfortunately there was a mini marathon going on the day of our return ticket and the route we were on was out of service for the day. (Not good when you find out while standing at the bus stop and no bus comes.) There was no way we would have known this, but apparently Aircoach did and sold us the tickets anyway. When we requested a refund for the tickets we were unable to use we were told they couldn't honor that request because we should have looked at the website and noted the change in service for the day. Be sure to check schedules before booking your tickets.”

“Very poor customer service. I had an issue booking through the app. 3 times error message when paying and booking didn’t go through. However the money was taken from my account. One week later after 3 calls to customer service I am still not refunded. I have sent numerous emails over this week and still have not had a reply! I eventually talked to a customer rep who who has escalated the issue to ‘back office’ and told me it will take 3-5 working days before they get back to me! Meantime I’m still down £60 through no fault of my own!”

“I made my booking with Aircoach through the Ryanair app as an add on to my flights. At no point was I given the option to select timings or buy a flexible ticket. It was also very unclear which direction I was making the booking and so I had to make an educated guess. I paid, then was sent my tickets via email. When I opened the pdf the tickets had been booked for completely random times and the journey direction was the wrong way around. You can only use the tickets at the selected times…which I did not choose and of course, they don’t align with my flights. At no fault of my own, my tickets were booked for unusable times and I have been denied a refund because I didn’t buy a flexible ticket, like I said I didn’t have the option to. Aircoach, if you’re going to offer your service on an external website/app such as Ryanair, it would be helpful if the booking service actually worked so customers aren’t left with unusable tickets.”
