“Very smooth ride of 3.5 hours to Cork from Dublin airport. Boarding was excellent and seats are comfortable. Bus is clean as always and driver was good.”

“Excellent service, punctual to the minute.Leaves alot to be desired for comfort,cold air on continuously.I was more prepared on recent journey having had a similar experience on a drizzly cold October morning. Online booking a nightmare as there was an obvious issue with the app and ending up almost losing the seat because tickets did not deliver. However I must commend the punctuality and the response from "Aircoach" when I filed my complaint. (Difficult online format for contacting and logging issues/complaint)”

“My aircoach app is not functioning properly. It doesn’t let me book tickets, also I cannot open my profile or anything on the App. The one ticket i Booked was also the wrong one. Which wasn’t my fault but the app is not working it always says connection problem. I tried every means possible even reinstalling the app. The moment I sign in with my account it stops working.”

“Journey was on time but as we were one of the first to board at the airport our luggage was in the back under other luggage and my husband of 75 yrs had to crawl into the luggage compartment to get our cases Apart from that the Aircoachis a excellent service”

“The only complaint I have is , I couldn't create an account on the app. I tried several times , including dropping the zero on my mobile number. It said there was an error. No information on what possible might be the cause. Other than that. Aircoach are by far the best cork dublin and back service. The drivers are very helpful and courteous and very skilled. Great service.”

“The service was great. Lady in Cork was excellent with the public. My only issue is with the driver who was eating and drinking on the way up. At times he was steering with his arms and as I was near the front of the bus I thought it was dangerous.”

“Had booked aircoach for 12.16 from Drumcondra to airport. We booked train to plane on Irish Rail. We were on time and waiting for bus at 12.08. At 12.10 we could see aircoach approaching and flagged down but it speeded past us, so we thought that it wasn't our bus and went into live app and our bus was on the way. It was still on the way ar 12.56 !! so we took the next local bus that came along, and it took over 40 mins to get to airport and we had to book fast security to guarantee getting through security quickly and just made boarding with 5 mibs to the gate closing. NEVER AGAIN !”

“Aircoach on 23 May 2025 from RTE Stillorgan Road stop to Terminal 1 Dublin Airport was excellent . Very safe driving . Also Wayne the driver gave very helpful announcements . Well done to Aircoach . Thank you . Best wishes , Mark .”

“Great bus trip from Dublin to Belfast. The drivers but I do find some are not good or interested to give directions to what number your bus is. Also I really feel we should get help to put suitcases on bus storage, I had to get a guy on bus to help me, as I wasn’t able to lift mine. This is is a big disadvantage, Other than that all was good and comfortable, thank you”
