“The only reason I deducted a star was that the coach we'd booked was cancelled so we had to wait for a later one. Otherwise, 5 star treatment! Even the cancellation was handled properly. I received an email informing me about it. So I really should give it 4.9 stars. An excellent service that I highly recommend.”

“Extremely unhelpful customer service. Made a mistake on pick up location when booking, I realised it the minute I read the confirmation and emailed them immediately to change pick up location, literally 3 minutes after booking. I’m not changing date or time and still leaving the same general area, 3 days later I received a reply to say NO. I really hate using Companies that don’t appreciate their customers, thankfully there is an alternative doing the same route.”

“Once again, Aircoach left earlier from Dun Laoghaire. Next one in 2h. I regularly travel by Aircoach and service from Dun Laoghaire often leaves 2-3 mins earlier. Today I was at the stop at 18:09 ant it was no bus and no passengers. Waited for 15 mins and left by taxi. Terrible service.”

“Zeer onbetrouwbaar. Onjuiste informatie op de luchthaven waardoor we 1 bus missen, de volgende komt nooit opdagen. Uiteindelijk dus 1 uur vertraging. Op de weg terug weigert de chauffeur ons omdat "alle plaatsen gereserveerd zijn", terwijl we al tickets hadden gekocht. Geen risico genomen om op de volgende bus te wachten, we hebben de stadsbus genomen. Duurt wat langer, maar die is net iets betrouwbaarder. Deze maatschappij doen we nooit meer.”

“I made a mistake when booking. I accidentally booked 2 different time slots. It was for 8 people. I contacted Aircoach as soon as I had made the second booking and let them know that it was by mistake. I did not buy the Flexi pass. I thought they might refund some at least but no. I understand that it was my fault. We used one set of tickets. I just think it’s bad customer service.”

“I am used to travelling with Aircoach and usually find their transport service to be excellent. However, I was incredibly disappointed with the service I was recently provided with at Dublin Airport Terminal 1. Despite having a perfectly valid ticket with young adult/student leap card, I was asked to rescan my ticket four times to gain admission to the bus. I was then informed that my ticket was no longer valid, it having already been scanned, and was told that if I wished to travel, I would need to purchase a new ticket on the spot. Upon logging into my Aircoach account, I observed that my ticket had been successfully scanned and was surprised that I needed to purchase a new ticket. Nonetheless, I showed my student/young adult leap card to purchase the new ticket and was informed that Aircoach could not accept it a second time, the adult ticket that I had to purchase cost over three times a student/young adult ticket. I was taken aback by the rudeness of the staff at Aircoach Terminal 1 and would be very hesitant to travel with Aircoach again.”

“I use this service often and find it a very good service from cork. I recently had occasion to ask for a refund and it was a very positive experience. I emailed and i was answered within 24 hr, and my request was dealt with efficiently.”

“Very stressful - made a booking ( Thurs) paid my money - but received no ticket! The 'booking confirmed' notification stated this was not a ticket and that a ticket must be presented for travel! Contacted admin twice to request my ticket ( email) before my 0655 service Sun am to Belfast International - no response....Fortunately the driver accepted the booking reference details I presented and so I was able to travel. Got a reply eventually, after my journey noting that I had travelled - great!!”
