“Generally a good service but too few coaches. For example they’ve recently removed lots of the coaches from Dublin airport. Where as the coach towards Ballsbridge used to be every 30 minutes they are now hourly and on some days every 2 hours. Who wants to wait 2 hours at the airport.”

“No help from staff at Derry, even thou the driver had support to check people in. No separation of luggage for different stops. On arrival at International airport, driver so busy checking people in no help again, even thou luggage had moved during journey to back of compartment and new boarders were putting their luggage in as well. What has happened to the Airporter Service- it was always attentive and informative.”

“I don't normally give reviews but I have to here. We travelled down to Cork from Dublin airport. Left Dublin at 18.30 on 31st March. The driver who seemed quite young was more than helpful and extremely polite and professional. He is a credit to himself, family and your company. Well done”

“Absolutely appalling service our driver is rude very abrupt to anyone enquiring as to whether it's the right bus etc no thank yous etc hard to imagine this is the land of a thousand welcomes ,this interaction might well be the first person our visitors deal with on arriving in Ireland I feel embarrassed to be Irish . Sheila Our bus was to leave at 1930 and we are departing 30 mins late ,no reason given”

“Had to ring up to see if I could change my day and not even booked on a week and still 3 weeks to go before the actual day that was booked and the person I was talking to on the phone said had to be changed 48 hours after booking was made to change it to a different day.”

“Lovely comfortable seats. Martin, the driver, welcomed us all and clearly explained the route and travelling times, inviting passengers to let him know if they needed help re local taxis etc when they arrive at their stop. Recliner Mercedes seats, and charging ports that actually work. Very pleasant after a long flight.”

“No stars, do not use this company. I'd booked a ticket with Aircoach to Dublin Airport. At bus stop the coach drove past, leaving me at Old Wesley, had to find alternative bus and almost missed flight. The company refused all knowledge, refused me a refund and claim I DID get on the bus.... I wish I'd had the chance! Terrible customer service, avoid.”

“App not working and allows you complete your booking, Aircoach takes their money and then tells you it isn't working so please contact them! You have to phone, then you are told to book online only and not use the App. No notification is put on the App to warn you. This has been an ongoing problem for two months now that I know of. Awful.”

“Bus was cancelled at Dublin Airport on 29 March 2025 after I disembarked from a long haul flight. I was informed that my ticket would not guarantee seat on the next bus as this was fully booked. I then had to get a taxi to catch a train to get home which has left out of pocket on expense. I will not be using this service again and will encourage my work colleagues not to use it either.”

“A declining company, driven by profit over customer satisfaction. Last coach to south Dublin now leaves Dublin Airport even before the last planes land, leaving a lot of people facing a huge taxi fare. I'm sure a couple of their routes are adequate but for a capital city their service just isn't good enough, regular enough, broad enough or reliable enough so the sooner they get replaced on some routes by a decent company the better.”
