Great service usually except once 1hr late and no information given. Stood in freezing cold. Every hour would be better re flight times. Bit pricy compared to airporter. Should be pensioner rates. Apart from that good service.

Bus cancelled again. I'd like a refund. Staff at the stand have no appreciation of the upset and disruption this causes to customers. S. Bailey

Aircoach has not yet made me happy. I inquired about recent massive service delays between Dublin Airporrt and Greystones. I received a prompt reply (which I appreciate) reassuring me on normal scheduled service times - but leaving open whether recent delays will still be there on our travel days. I am following this up with Aircoach.

I was informed about the cancelled bus at 23:46 at night. the outbound of the bus should have been at 3:37. I had no other option than taking an expensive taxi to the airport! outrageous!!!

Been using the aircoach for years and generally find the drivers good but the guy this evening was the best yet. Smooth driving and couldn’t have been nicer to passengers. Thanks Kevin Healy!

They ancelled my booked service. I received a email saying I was entitled to a refund or to use a different bus. I requested said refund. I am now being told the flexi add-on I paid extra for won’t be refunded. Khya in customer care seems unable or unwilling to provide the section of their terms and conditions where it says that they can cancel your booked service and then hold onto the extras you paid for. Utterly useless.

Dear customer service representative, My name is Andrew Lenihan. I travelled on the 704X from Dublin Airport to Cork city yesterday Sunday 26th January at 17:30. My booking reference number was IXPW-UYIO-ISIO. The reason for my journey was to return home to Cork after undergoing bilateral inguinal hernia surgery in Germany. I was perfectly capable of travelling by my self (walking, pulling my case behind me, etc). The one thing I needed help with was lifting my case, as after the surgery I couldn't pick it up without risking injury. At luggage check in Frankfurt airport and baggage claim in Dublin airport I had no problem getting someone to assist me. Then I came to board the 17:30 (704x) Aircoach to Cork and explained my situation to the coach driver, asking him to stow my case on the bus for me. By the way, my case weighed 15kg. The driver duly loaded it for me. I sat at the front of the Aircoach as it was forecast to be rainy in cork, and I was hoping to get one of the few taxis that would likely be waiting near the bus stop, so I could complete my journey as quickly as possible. Sure enough, as the coach rounded the final corner, I could see there were 3 taxis waiting. When I got off the coach I asked the driver if he could unload my case as I'd had hernia surgery. In response he stepped toward me and asked in quick succession several versions of the following question: "why I was travelling alone with no companion to assist me?" I was taken aback by the enquiry, but explained that I was perfectly capable of travelling alone. I just needed someone to lift my case out of the bus storage area. This did not appease him. He continued to ask me questions, "how did I get my case on the plane in Germany if I can't lift it? How did I get my case from my hotel to Frankfurt airport? How did I get it off the conveyor belt at baggage claim in Dublin Airport?" His tone was irritated, his brow furrowed. This went on for minutes, all the while the rain was pouring down and other passengers were collecting their luggage and leaving. Eventually, all the taxis had been taken while I was still standing in the rain, trying to get a word in, imploring this guy to please pull out my case. When all the other passengers and their luggage was gone I shook my head in disbelief and hobbled toward the coach to somehow wrangle it out of there myself, surgery be damned. That's when he lunged in past me and pulled it out. By then, I was soaked to the skin. I'm a pretty strong man and have never needed physical assistance before. Many times in the past I'd helped other, less fortunate people, in their moment of need. I found my experience at the hands of this driver to be demeaning, as if I was a disruptive school kid. I have travelled several times with Citylink. Their drivers automatically load and unload all customers bags in the luggage compartment. This was my first experience travelling with Aircoach and based on it I am unlikely to ever want to travel with you again. I feel a duty to get the word out that there is a driver employed by Aircoach who is aggressive, threatening, belligerent and unprofessional. Basically, he shouldn't be working in a service industry. P.S. he also ran 2 red lights that I was aware of during the journey: one along the quays in Dublin and one near the Colosseum in Cork. The above is the basic contents of an email I sent to your parent company's customer service department. Honestly, the only reason I'm not giving a 1 star rating is that in their response they appeared genuinely disappointed and concerned that I'd had such a negative experience travelling with Aircoach. It gives me hope that appropriate disciplinary action may be deployed where this driver is concerned. first bus's email response to me also included a link to this survey form. Thank you for taking the time to read this, Kindest regards, Andrew

I made an error with my booking. I rang and got the lovely Jessica. It was 10 mins before closing time and she didn't make me feel rushed at all. She explained clearly how to amend my booking and what steps to take. Very promptly next morning I received an email informing me of all sorted. Thank you Jessica for your swift & efficient service. Very pleasant.

Route 702, Inbound from Greystones Hawkinswood at 4.00 today(28.01.24). Waited till 4.10AM in the rain and bus didn’t come. Had to book taxi to airport. Really disappointed with the service. Had to say this is the first time in several years I had this experience with air coach.

Web site is a joke, not possible to change flexi tickets even though they have cancelled the bus. On phone they do not answer before the office shuts. Pity as drivers are excellent, the company do not care about the passengers

My first and last time using Aircoach. Started my journey from the first stop at Hawkins Wood, Greystones at 07.20am. We arrived at Lidl, Greystones so early the driver (who was lovely) said he'd have to stop for 15 minutes, as we were ahead of schedule. After our stop, we made our way to Bray. We had to wait again at SuperValu, Bray for nearly 30 minutes, as we were too ahead of schedule. Once we were on the move, we hit every traffic jam en route - Dun Laoghaire, Blackrock, Sandymount, East Link (there are little, to no bus lanes the whole way). I made it to Dublin Airport at 10.30am (THREE hours after I got on the bus). My flight was at 12.10 - lucky for me that I had gotten the bus so early! I had booked a return journey on Aircoach for 7.30pm on the day of my return. My flight was delayed three hours so I landed at 10.30pm. I wasn't even sure I could get on the Aircoach and even if I could, I wasn't risking a three hour journey home! I had to call someone to pick me up. A shambles of a service. I will be taking my car in future, far less hassle.

The 702 aircoach that was due (as stated at your timetable for Sunday) to pass at 9:24h at Merrion Road stop did not pass (I was at the stop with the yellow warning alert and a small Child from 9:10h to 10:10h) At the End I had to take a taxi (although I had return tickets for both of us!) I need at least a refund vut I cannot find any option for that.

Due to a delayed flight, I missed my Dublin to Cork bus. Even though I had bought the flex add on, I wasn’t on the ground in time to change the booking. When I landed, the next bus was already booked! After 15 hours of travel, that was not ideal. But then I talked to one of the women working at the stop, and she reassured me that she’d make sure I got on the next bus, and then she did. Not a bother. I was so thankful for that. I live abroad and come home once or twice a year. Service with a human touch means a lot. Makes it so lovely to fly into Ireland. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name. But thank you anyway.

I had made a bit of a mess of booking two seats from Cork to Dublin, return and thanks to the intervention of one of Aircoach's workers it was all sorted out for me. Very grateful to get the chance to have my mistake rectified. Not many businesses show this type of customer service!

App is not working. Wont let me see my points or buy a return ticket. Says 'There was an error, please check your connection and try again'. This happens on different phone, under different connections. Please fix this as I would like to use my points.

I recently travelled from Dublin Airport to Cork city. An eastern European driver was very aggressive on arrival in Cork because I didn't immediately remove my bike from the luggage bay. I had been waiting for the other passengers to remove their luggage on top of mine,i was tired after 24 hours travel and suffer from back problems. He bullying tried to dress me in front of the other passengers claiming it was a simple job. I had willingly paid for my bike on board tho it was an unexpected extra cost & this is the treatment I received. In future I will go with City link.
