“Customer service is poor and unhelpful, company policies are shady. Buses don’t show up and get canceled without notice but there is no mention of service changes in the app or on the website, so you buy your ticket and are unaware of the bus not running. The company then refuses to issue refunds as they falsely claim the bus run but this is NOT true.”

“We left Dublin Airport and the driver didn’t even have the decency to wait until passengers had seated. Furthermore, we were with a toddler who fell down the aisle, as the coach driver left the airport erratically. We’ve been using Aircoach for years, but this was an extremely disappointing experience. You need to train your drivers about health and safety.”

“On the evening of the 27th at 00:30 I took the Aircoach from Shankil. The driver was totally rude, even though I had my tickets in hand he didn't want to take us to the airport. During the journey the driver drove slowly and at all times braked the bus abruptly, making the journey totally uncomfortable. I hope the company reads this comment and talks to the employee about what happened, because it was an unpleasant journey.”

“Please do not leave any item on the bus and need the help of Aircoach to locate it. The Belfast staff member was quite rude during my initial telephone call the following morning, making absolutely no effort to help find my item. Even though the item was only left in the bus, late the previous evening and the bus went straight to the Belfast Depot, he advised that he wouldn’t be making contact with the driver or help ID the coach. Advised to contact a 3rd party company based in Dublin. On speaking to this 3rd party company directly, they did not have a great opinion of how Aircoach deal with lost property either so ultimately my valuable item is lost. I did speak to a member of Aircoach staff in Dublin (Stewart, so he told me) and he was to make inquiries and ring me back. I’m still waiting! I appreciate I left the item on the bus (my responsibility to take them) however, the customer service thereafter was awful.”

“Drivers are helpful and kind, Excellent service.. Unfortunately, NO toilets on the coach which some passengers really need for a such long journey between Belfast to Dublin..”
